How do you attach this into an adjustable mount? I don't see rear holes on one side of the solar panel.

You can drill your own if carefull,in the aluminum frame!not the solar pannel

What size is the pure sine wave converter that is listed in the description?

This system consists of 400 Watt Wind Turbine Generator, 10A hybird controller, 100w solar panel and MC4 connector wire. It is 12v/24v for charging battery. Sorry, it doesn't include converter.
