For me 1 or 2 is enough. There is no Odor, nor do I feel any side effects from taking this supplement. Definitely, worth the money!

Within a few days I got some severe headaches. Will not take more of this. Edit: the seller reached out and issued me a refund. For that I have changed the rating from 1 star to 3.
