Gawfolk Curved Monitor 27 Inch 100Hz, PC Gaming Monitor with Speakers, AMD FreeSync Full HD 1080p Ultra-Thin Zero Frame Display for Home Office Business (White)

Wanted a cheap 2k (QHD) MONITOR for my PS5 setup. Was looking at this one or a koorui monitor but the koorui was only 100hz. Amazon had a discount voucher attached to this one so I took the plunge for £89. Arrived next day, mediocre packaging but it wasn't damaged. Super lightweight which isn't always a good sign, but looked okay. Connected it all up to the PS5 and nothing no image. After some button pressing on the monitor I got it to come on to hdmi input and the picture was great. It detected HDR which I turned off as this monitor isn't bright enough for good HDR, I turned up the brightness to max and contrast to around 70-75 and that was it. The PS5 detected the 120hz and that it was in 2560x1440p resolution and all has been great since. I turn on the PS5 and the monitor turns on too, don't expect audio through the monitor though as it has no built in speakers. It does have a aux audio output which I have connected up to a fosi audio amplifier which gives me my sound (make sure if you do this to set the output volume of the monitor to 100%). So far the monitor is performing as expected the image quality is good nice colours, clear image, no dead pixels. The build quality is a little cheap feeling but on the desk it looks okay. The stand is terrible though no movement apart from a little bit of tilt. I cannot talk about longevity as I've only had it for around a month so far but it is working great. For the price you can't complain at all really you could spend the extra 30-40 and get a monitor with a few more features, but I do recommend this monitor if you are ok a budget.

I bought this monitor 11 weeks ago and have waited this long to review it to give it some time in case it went wrong because some previous reviews weren't too brilliant. I really wanted an ultra wide monitor for music production purposes, and also for running multiple programs on the screen at the same time - rather than using multiple monitors. I knew that I was taking a risk as other reviewers had said that theirs came with the odd faulty pixel so to be careful when buying. I went ahead with the purchase, unboxed it carefully and saved the box in case I needed to return the monitor. Thankfully, the monitor I received has been flawless since day one. No faulty pixels, vibrant colours and it can handle anything my upgraded graphics card throws at it, however, I'm not a gamer so maybe I'm not really pushing it to its limits but it does everything I want it to do and in an excellent way. Absolutely brilliant for running multiple programs side by side on one ultra wide screen, it goes into standby when my PC sleeps and powers up immediately when my PC wakes up exactly as it should. For the price, this monitor really is outstanding and I hope it continues to perform the way it has so far. Maybe I just got lucky? Who knows. But I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Monitor works fine & is worth the money, but they do need to include a better plug adapter. Mine failed after less than two weeks & I had to buy a new one, hence the 4 stars.

Amazing quality easy to set up graphics are amazing would defo recommend for first time users the sound quality is decent it’s its has a high brightness level if needed it’s fully metal stand for its not easily breakable

This 27" monitor is very lightweight, which makes a pleasant change from those that I have got used to. The resolution and frequency are both adequate for my gaming needs. The ultra-thin bezel works well and makes the monitor look much more expensive than it actually is. On the theme of pricing - this monitor is priced very affordably. The monitor is also very bright (although that is easy to change through the OSM). Overall, very good quality and specifications, particularly at the low price.

Given the price this monitor is decent you get a wide 32 inch screen at 1440p and 180hz. However they biggest issue is response times. Just because the monitor has 180hz doesn't mean it will look smooth! If you're using this for work or as your 2nd or 3rd extra monitor it's amazing but if you're using this as your main monitor particularly for gaming I would recommend spending a tiny bit more and getting a monitor from a recognisable brand.

Good monitor

Monitor looked nice on arrival, crisp clear and easy to use, however within 2 days screen went to hell,flickers, lines evrywher, could even see pc screen on ps5 input. so great price but theres a reason for cheap. buy cheap buy twice. Return was easy enough money refunded inside 3 days. avoid this brand gawfolk nowhere near up to standard.

Very poor quality. The monitor stopped working just over three months after I bought it, with normal everyday use. I expected it to last for years, not just a few months. The build quality is disappointing, and I wouldn't trust this product again. I definitely would not recommend it if you're looking for something reliable.

I confidently recommend this monitor. I replaced my previous monitor with this one, and the improvement in picture quality and sharpness is so remarkable . This curved monitor looks fantastic, with sleek design and robust picture quality. The colors and brightness are exceptional for this price range. Additionally, I find it much easier to work on this monitor compared to a larger one, and it's probably more cost-effective overall. Also it comes with a super slim stand which compliments the curved look of the monitor. The refresh rate is also great. This monitor is recommended for both gaming and professional users.
