I bought the shoes based on the feedback and review. The package and shoe looks good. After I wear today (first day) the shoes looks total like old one with lot of creases. I am totally disappointed. Now at site for a short visit and cannot return also. Fit is ok, but Waste of money and

Just wanted to replace for size
Item is good but no use I have to replace for 11 to 10 Size but Amazon say they won't help us for that, For replacement item should be damaged, only they change or else won't.
