It feels really good when you fasten it around your waist because the gentle compression instantly takes stress off your back.Try it around your hips too!I bought the larger size intentionally because I also want to use it for hip reduction. The velcro-like fastener makes it versatile, so you can wrap it around your hips too like a mini skirt and get the exact same benefit.So if you have extra-curvy hips you might want the larger size too (it sizes down well too)This one is superior to other trimmers I have had because it lets me choose the exact compression level I feel comfortable with. Each day I might want to slightly change the sizing, and this allows me to be in control of perfecting the width and compression level.It is not too stiff like others, so it moves with you and stays in place like a second skin.I also like the cute design with the rose color piping and the blue hand print, because with that it's a fun thing to wear and not just a utility.I might buy a 2nd one so I can wear one on the waist and one around the hips at the same time.I hope my reviews are helpful, I am completely honest and would never mislead anyone.

This ab trainer is a lot nicer than the others I’ve seen! It is really soft both on the outside and even on the inside where it it a bit more grippy and creates extra sweat. The material is more flexible than the belt my friend let me borrow too. This belt can do a better job of hugging your curves and is way more comfortable than the stiffer varieties.The Velcro patch is large enough to provide very secure closure and keep this from changing position at all while you workout.I use this in combination with a sweat stimulating ab cream, but you could honestly use any less expensive tingle-inducing product, like bengay, with the band to increase the sweat factor.A little-discussed bonus benefit of wearing a belt like this for your more intense training sessions is that it provides a ton of extra low back support for strain and heavy lifting. For those of us who might be over 29 😉 back support is welcomed with open arms!Overall, a great addition to my training routine and better quality and softness than I’ve seen elsewhere!

After significant weight loss I have some loose skin on my belly. I'm trying to get rid of it and in the process have discovered this amazing tool! Not only this belt makes my mid section sweat more but also gives me support I didn't have before. The loose skin is being tightened up and my belly doesn't hang anymore while doing my planks! And it feels great! I even enjoy my yoga sessions more! I started using it about 6 weeks ago and I DO SEE an improvement in my skin elasticity - my skin is shrinking! I am so happy I found this! I would love to wear it all day but don't - even tho you can reabsorb the sweat that underneath but the toxins your body excretes with the sweat can be reabsorbed. So make sure after your training you take it off and take a shower ;)

so after my wife gave birth to our lovely child, she was devastated with the remaining fats that were still attach to her. seeing how depress she was, she went to a few local stores around town buying their baby wraps to help shape her belly back to normal. she wasn't too impress with the purchase as the price was ridiculous and there was no signs of improvements. I decided to get this for her and maybe myself too since I have a beer gut. there was a little hesitant at first because there was no size small and my wife is very petite but that didnt stop me from ordering. as soon as we got it, my wife tried it on and it fits tightly and wasnt too big. im glad she's happy with the purchase and soon bye bye baby fat/rolls.

I am really Happy with the quality of this Product, I have been looking for a waist trimmer that is comfortable and Strong to use during my kickboxing exercise..and finally I got it....I will for sure buy it again, but the next one will be for my husband....😁

Finally cleared by the doctor to start exercising again after a baby! Waist trimmer feels great, instantly shrinking my belly, the velcro has a super strong grip, you get a good amount of sweat under, definently use a tank top under it to prevent any irritations, it stays in place.
