Not sure what I was expecting, but it’s bigger than I expected. But I’m happy with it. Beautiful, sharp, and heavy.

Weapon is sharpen and not listed. I bought this for practice my martial art/kung fu. Seriously, they want me to cut my self or cut someone head off?

This is one solid sword. It is a bit heavier than I expected, but I see that as an opportunity to develop a stronger grip and more arm strength in practice. The sheath is just beautifully done with very nice brass fittings and a solid wood sheath. I would highly recommend this sword to anyone that is a practitioner of T'ai Chi Ch'uan and is looking to improve their practice and skills. I have many swords personally, everything from cheap $20 swords for practicing to the $340 Scott Rodell T'ai Chi Jian sword that I would recommend as a number one go to sword for anything. But, for the $188 price tag it is definitely worth the cost of this sword. Again, this thing is thick and heavy. If you want to improve your strength and grip with yor practice, get this sword. I highly recommend it.

I just received my sword today. I am totally satisfied! The details are awesome and better than I expected. It is a lot heavier than what I expected and comes with a sharpened blade. ( And I mean Sharp ). The heavier weight is going to improve my training due to the strength that is going to be needed to complete a form. Great job making this. I would recommend this sword to anyone looking to improve their skills and endurance.

This is a Chinese 2 handed long sword. You get a bang for your buck here if you are into Chinese sword work. It will definitely strengthen your arms practicing with it. Its designed for 2 hand use but you can use it for 1 hand practice too.
