At this moment i have 2 coats to my truck side step. if i want to add more coating, do i need to spray this on again before i spray the bed liner?

According to raptor you do need to add adhesion promoter if it sits for more than a week. You have to scuff it up add adhesion promoter and then reshoot it.

Does this go on after the Self Etching Primer but before the linner?

Yes, you can apply the promoter before primer and after you can go with primer and then the linner.!

How much area will this cover ?

We used this on a 21’ Chevy Colorado with a 5’2” bed. The kit came with 4 bottles and we used one bottle for each application to cover the whole bed. We did 2 applications and that was very good coverage. We also used the adhesive spray base coat. You have to buy that separately. Hope this helps

How many cans would be needed for two coats on a front bumper?

1 can should do. I used two cans for my whole 8’ truck bed. These cans are pretty full
