Absolutely crap! When I first received it, it was fine & in working order. The second day I turned it on it wouldn't work. It's actually not working. Won't switch on.

Towels get very hot quickly!
It gets the towels extremely hot very quickly. The timer is helpful because it turns off when the water is gone if you forgot about it, but if you add more water, you can easily add more time. The tongs arenโt very helpful for the bigger towels I use, but maybe for washcloth size.
