Does it have a bottom so it can stand up

No, it will not stand alone. This is a stretchy cover for a 1/2 mannequin, it is not the mannequin itself.

Is this a slick/slippery material? I need to cover my mannequin as it is hard to dress and undress with smaller clothing

It is slippery. I purchased this because my dress form was velvet and it was very hard to dress. Once I got this one it was easy peasy!

What are the bust and hip measurements of this form? Thanks!

Pls kindly note this listing is for the cover only, the mannequin is not for sale. The cover is for womens size S.
