Before purchasing it’s worth considering your night time routine! If you moisturise before bed then the stripes WILL NOT stay in place. Even an hour after moisturising they wouldn’t stay put. I tried them on an evening where I missed my skin care and it stayed in place well… I didn’t notice any difference in my ability to breathe through both nostrils clearly (impacted when head putted my a baby!). It must have annoyed me in the night because I pulled it off in my sleep! The instructions are very poor and do not show you how to place it in the right location.

I have been using the tan version of this product for ages. Said I would try these. The adhesive and functionality of these is excellent in my experience, as good if not better than the tan, but I personally found that they irritated my nose a bit and I was pulling them off in my sleep! Your milage may vary - worth a try. But I will go back to the tan ones. People sometimes complain about the adhesion of these products, it is critical your nose is scrubbed with soap to remove any skin oil before you apply the strip or it wont stick properly.
