I am very pleased to recommend this excellent product because I have nothing but good things to say about it. I LOVE this item because it is working to help me cut my cravings for pastries. I bought it soon after I learned that bread and cookies and cakes are fortified with B vitamins. I was getting my need for B vitamins met through pastries! I tend to overwork because I am fascinated with my work which is investing in passive streams of income. It is common for me to work 12 hours in front of a computer (although I have eased up quite a bit the last 6 months).
