I love Shark vacuums and couldn’t wait to purchase this one. It has quite the suction action going on and not heavy at all. It picks up everything and I like that it alerts you when it doesn’t like something. It’s easy to clean and filters are pretty accessible. Great attachments are included that work really well. I was hoping it wouldn’t scare my cat but even though it is not very loud, it still scares her.

We bought a cowhide rug and, as it turns out, they are very sensitive to being cleaned. This vacuum has a brush roll that doesn’t hurt the carpet hairs which is a huge plus. On top of that, it’s lightweight for how powerful it is, has great suction, and the cord is long enough for me to vacuum in several rooms from one outlet. The scent pod is a nice touch. It works incredibly well and is definitely worth the cost.

I just ordered this vacuum after watching pricing for months. Finally found a great price for it and snatched it up. It's INCREDIBLE. It came in pieces, but was easy to put together. It's lightweight, even in lift-away mode. I have 2 shedding dogs (aussie shephard and a shedding doodle mix) and my own long hair that sheds and this thing sucked everything out the carpet! The suction on it is amazing! The fin brush basically propels itself on carpet! :) It kicked up so much out of the carpet that my old vacuum was missing - it was disgusting! Doing the carpeted stairs was a BREEZE! I love this thing! It feels pretty sturdy (all the locking mechanisms seem sturdy). So far, seems pretty durable. I'm hoping that it lasts me a lifetime because I will be sad if it breaks anytime soon. I'm excited to vacuum now! :)

I love shark products ! This one is my favorite . The suction on it is amazing . We have 2 dogs who shed and this gets all the hair up !! I love the updated brush roll on this thing ! It hardly ever gets clogged with my daughter’s hair . The air freshener is a nice touch it’s smells nice . All of the attachments are great

I love my Shark Vacuums! My first one was about 10yrs old, and I put it in the garage when I decided to upgrade. Both worked so perfectly. Unfortunately, our garage caught fire, and everything was a loss. In replacing items from the fire, I went searching for a replacement for the one I used in the garage. I found this vacuum and it was a very good price and so many new features. When I received the vacuum, I should have known there were possible issues with it. I first noticed how it was packed, not in original box at all. Then as I was putting it together (which was very easy), I noticed some dust on the filter, apparently had been used. I did not know I was getting a refurbished vacuum! There was no mention of that in the description. But I went ahead and proceeded to use it, and it did seem to be a very good vacuum, great suction and was easy to use and the cord length was longer which was great. Then as I used it the Odor Neutralizing Tech, there was no scent at all, very disappointed. Then I noticed how difficult it was to swivel the vacuum head and it makes some awful popping noises when doing this, sometimes the head will tilt off the floor when turning around furniture. The lights on the front are not as bright as my previous Sharks. The Accessories will not stay on the vacuum either, usually end up just taking them off while vacuuming. So mixed feelings about this vacuum. As far a cleaning and the suction it is an awesome vacuum, on the other hand it has some issues. Seems I need to order some new Odor Neutralizing Cartridges and see if they actually work.

Not too easy to steer

Worth the purchase!! The cord is long enough to reach my whole living room which is incredible. It picks up things my old vacuum couldn’t.

This vacuum is a god-send!! We have three huskies in our house with no carpets and this vacuum gets ALL their hair. It’s quiet running even thought they still run and hide from it. Lightweight so we can carry it around. Cord length is perfect we can get 75% of our house without unplugging it.
