i bought this little crunchy ice maker to replace my larger, very expensive name brand opal ice maker that died after 18 months. I became very dependent on it to encourage my water intake, so I replaced it quickly with this ice maker. It's a smaller version but still kicks out enough ice to keep four of us in the home satisfied with soft pellet ice. I wish the basket held more, but it does produce ice very quickly, so if I have to wait it's only about 15 minutes to a cupful. The ice tastes great, and I use my countertop filtered water (no chlorine, fluoride or other contaminants or chemicals) to fill it. It's easy to fill at the top, and easy to clean. The noise level could be less, but we got used to it and it's on a kitchen counter away from where we enjoy our mealtime conversation. Overall, good value for the money. I hope it lasts, but if not I purchased the 3 year warranty.

I love this ice maker. It makes small ice cubes that are crunchy. It makes the ice fast. It doesn't keep the ice cold. The ice has to be dumped into a freezer. It does make some noise, but it's not bad. Perfect for summer drinks. Good value for the price. Easy to use. It looks nice on the counter.

Great machine when it worked. Only used distilled water in it. Broke after 6 months. Never could get a hold of manufacturer for the warranty. Bless Amazon for refunding my money.

This machine very efficiently makes soft ice and I realized it needs to turn off and on in order to stay cold and keep the ice from melting but we are finding it very loud when it turns on. You hear it all the way from the kitchen to the bedrooms at night. The instructions encourage that you put it through a cleaning cycle really frequently, which let's face it....no one has that kind of time. Otherwise it makes great ice.

This is the best small icemaker I have ever had. I bought the big, fancy, expensive GE brand before this...it was dead in less than 6 months. This maker is small, easy to clean, easy to operate and fits nicely on the counter top. It does not make a lot of ice at a time, but it makes it fast. As long as you are on top of it and keep emptying the basket and keeping the reservoir full you will have a lot of ice in no time. I love this little guy!

I have had this for about a week now and it works great! The ice is really nugget ice and is very good. It is not loud at all and makes a good amount of ice. It does not take up a lot of space on the counter and is easy to clean. The plug to drain the water is easy to remove. Good quality ice machine 😊

This was a great little icemaker! I haven't had it a year and it is not producing ice. Have maintained it clean and it was used on a daily basis. Only used bottled and filtered water.

The ice maker was great but the customer service was a 5 star. The motor started to make a loud noise after 6 months of having it. I reached out to the company and after getting a video of it they determined that the motor was going out and they refunded my money back with no hesitation or issues. Thank you for the great service!
