I dont know if I got a bad batch or what! But once I removed the seal.... OMG!!! They smell so bad! There is no way I could ingest these! I can't return them either due to food safety regulations. Imagine you made some kind of beef casserole, with LOTS of garlic and onions and any other stinky spice you can think of. You put the leftovers in a container and forgot about it for a few months in your fridge. Then you find it, open the lid, there's mold and other funky things growing in there and the smell just about knocks you out. That's what this bottle of supplements smells like....

Sorry to say these didn't work for me,but I'm 79 years old ,so my metabolism is slower.

I been using these pills for 2 months now. I will say that they do help me alot with my cravings. I follow the directions on the bottle and they really do help. As far as weight loss, I have lost a bit of weight but not as expected. Now I know you can’t expect a pill to do all the work. I’m positive if I was exercising everyday I would see a bigger change. But for the every other day exercising (down 8 pounds) and maintaining my cravings, this pill has helped me that.
