No case in parcel
Great phone but battery is absolutely not long lasting. 2h of usage and phone is dying. Also my parcel was missing a phone case and I cant find anywhere if I can purchase one..

Dangerous! Item should be taken off Amazon!
Dangerous! Purchased this in September 2025 and recently the phone kept either randomly shutting down or rebooting. Earlier this week I noticed the rear chassis of the phone had snapped open as the battery had bulged. Item should be removed from Amazon!

We purchased this from Australia in 21 May 2025. We tried 2 SIM cards but it dosent work with any of them. Couldn't contact the seller as the feedback link has expired. Seller to please contact us if anything can be done.
