I'm very pleased with this purchase. Excellent value at this price. A similar complete outfit purchased at the faire would cost double. Very nice fabric, properly tailored and stitched. No fraying edges. It's way better quality than theatrical or party costumes. Still looks good up close, so you won't be embarrassed in crowds at the faire. You'll still need shoes and stockings, but this outfit is everything you need from the knees up. True to size chart measurements. Waistband on pumpkinn breeches can't really be adjusted there are laces in front, but just for detail. The laces are already pulled closed, and loosening them won't make the waistband any bigger. The is a zipper in the back of the breeches to get them on & off. Zipper isn't historically accurate, but not really noticable. If you're built like me with a waist larger than your hip size, you'll need suspenders to keep the breeches up. The breeches are huge, but they're supposed to be. One other minor detail that is not period correct, and an odd choice for a Chinese manufacturer - the brass button that holds the plume on the cap is imprinted with the Great Seal of the United States.

This costume was wonderful. A few mistakes with the detail work such as stitching being off but the fabric is thick and auspicious. It does not breathe well so be careful in warmer weather and prepare for sweating. Still 5 stars for the price and what you get.

Love this outfit. Everything fit me great , just a little tight around my waste but overall great quality and nice look to it. Once again. Great material!

FiAmazon. Decent quality. Some of the edge material had frayed off when it arrived. Got a lot of compliments at the ren faire and people were impressed it came from amazon.

When I began shopping for an outfit for the Renaissance Faire, I expected that anything with a reasonable cost would probably be of low quality, but I was wrong. This outfit, which includes the hat, doublet, shirt and breeches, is of the finest quality material and is constructed so well that I was really blown away. It's so much nicer than I thought it would be. I felt it was important to let the manufacturer know that they have an extremely satisfied customer.

This looks fantastic! I'm 6.4 270 pounds chest is about a 50" waist is 40. The whole outfit fits perfectly even the hat and looks better in person. I went off their sizing guide.

I think these kind of costumes are a crap-shoot - you never know the fit and the quality until you get them. For me, this scored well on both accounts. The fit was pretty good and I haven't seen a quality problem yet. And the final test is that I look really good :)

I am quite happy with this purchase. It fit better than expected and the price was right. Shipped in a fairly expeditious manner. (USA-Australia). It is all synthetic materials which is a little unfortunate but after looking into costumes made from more natural fibers, I couldn't justify some competitors costumes which ranged in price from $1300-$3000. (I will only wear it once a year to the Abbey Medieval Festival in Caboolture, Queensland , Australia. The Largest Medieval festival in the Southern hemisphere. I suspect that the breeches will require hidden suspenders if they are worn all day. I had originally wanted the red version of this, and waited a year for this company to get around to restocking it but they never did. Still, a fantastic looking outfit for the money.
