much smaller that I was expecting I've had thicker issues of entertainment weekly but it is concise and precise NO MALEFIC magic here so if thats what your looking for look elsewhere. Good examples of the sigils and what they are for, good for a beginner.

Manifesting Magick with Veves and Symbols is one of those unique books where, when you're reading, you feel as if the book falls away and you're having a conversation with the author. Inside you'll find practical information that is clearly presented and easy to follow and use. Veves and sigils are new to me, but Claudia Williams honest and encouraging text made it easy and comfortable for me to incorporate them into my practices. I know this is a work-book that I'll turn to again and again.

it's ok wish it had more or a better how to section

What a great book! Every single sigil is practical and useful. With every page I turned, I knew someone (including me) who could use the sigils. This is a book I will refer to over and over. I have one complaint... The author needs to write more sigils!

The "veves and sigils" she is referring to are actually designs that she created herself. I thought I was ordering a book about the uses of historical veves. The book is very short, and each "veve" has one page long description. This book went right in the trash.

This is a really fun and useful book. Beautifully done. The writing, editing and illustrations are great. It's great for gifts, too.

This is an extremely poor, sloppy, and inadequate book that is a complete Disgrace to indigenous black African spiritual traditions. The so called Sigils and Veve are not authentic at all, the author apparently let a 3 year old child design the Sigils and Veve. Poorly illustrated. This book is a Joke, Do Not Purchase this Book.

I have been practising a variety of branches of witchcraft for years and have lots and lots of books. I would place this in my top 10. I only bought it a few weeks ago and have already bought 2 extra copies for friends. One is well used to witchcraft and the other is a beginner and they both expressed how great it is. The print is large and clear and the writing is uncluttered.There are clear explanations for each sigil and they are easy to understand and follow. I would love to go to New Orleans just to visit the author in her shop! I have very much enjoyed working with the sigils in this book and would recommend it to beginners and seasoned witches alike...or the just plain curious.
