I’ve been using this for a few days and it’s really helped with digestion and bloating. The formula feels strong and effective. Easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. Great value for a healthier gut.

Did not formed curd from milk even after adding two capsules. Vsl and tata make curd very easily even by half cap
