This is a great wee product, so long as you know its limitations and manage expectations accordingly. I love its portable, cute size and its USB rechargeable battery - it means I can take it with me traveling so I have clean trays wherever I go. It's robust and I have had no problems with it for the past three months of use. However, it is important to know that because it runs on battery, it is not quite as powerful as other ultrasonic cleaners that plug into the wall - it's not one of these cleaners where the trays will always come out pure sparkling. I often have to give my trays a quick brush after a cycle to really them really spotless. But while it's not perfect, it's still really effective - and I noticed a huge difference in the overall cleanliness of my trays compared to when I was just relying on tablets and scrubbing. It's also super easy to use- just pop them in with water and run for 5 minutes though one thing to note is that the on-button is extremely sensitive, meaning it often is set of inadvertantly (even from just drops of water landing on it), meaning if you don't notice, you can waste battery. Usually I notice it in time.

BUYERS BEWARE! I really Loved this product - small & portable UNTIL the off/on switch quit working after ONLY 45 days…. & 2 appeals to the mfg were unanswered! Returns to Amazon are only allowed for 30 days on this product, but fortunately - Amazon is addressing this for me.

I've used this for a couple of days and it has worked well so far. The capacity is pretty small, only fitting one retainer comfortable, so you will probably have to run two cycles if you need both top and bottom. It's much quieter than the last ultrasonic cleaner I tried. Pretty compact and good for travel since it can be run on battery. The retainers I cleaned were already visually pretty clean, so it's hard to tell how well this would work on a set with more staining and build up.

I carry this cleaner when I travel. Cleans my mouth guard. I like that it’s rechargeable. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have an on/off switch. I’ve accidentally tapped the touch/button and turned it on while handling the device.

Works great ! I am always thankful for the minds behind great, useful products that are solving problems. Good value for money, works great, charges well and cleans like it is supposed to. Instagram ads kept giving me 150$ worth of options that were much bulkier but I am glad I found this one and took a risk. Even if it is not the most efficient one (may be it is, I just haven't compared), it keeps my night guard odor and germ free. I also think it takes a few weeks of everyday cleaning to get your night guard completely transparent if you have only been cleaning it with soap and water, but I'll take it! Its works fine just with water. I use tablets that came with it every 2-3 days just to clean the device and night guard from bacteria.

This device is terrible junk. Flimsy construction. The “on” button gets activated with the slightest pressure even from a stream of water. After a couple months the recharging started to worsen and then completely stopped working. Terrible customer service. The company does not stand by the warranty. Buyer beware. Worst experience with an electric device purchase on Amazon.
