This is a nice set of lights. The colors and the metal backing make this a fun set of lights that will fit almost anywhere and are sure to be quite durable over their usage. I use led these on an overhead set of lights in the canopy of a golf cart and they look GREAT! The lights come on instantly with no flicker and respond to the remote and app immediately. These draw very little energy so battery life should not be impacted at all, even on a golf cart. I would definitely suggest these over the cheaper peel and stick lights as that is what I had in there before and they were terrible. Super fun and a real head turner at the golf cart parades at the beach. These were used in the overhead canopy and a different iteration underneath.

I have installed numerous amounts of these kits in the last year. 2 on trucks, and about 4 on motorcycles. I find that this one was one of the easier to install. The adhesion on the sticky tape sticks well, just ensure you use soap and water mixture, not anything with ammonia to clean the area before installing. Ammonia residue ends up breaking down the glue on things and is not contusive to long-term adhesion. The colors are bright and easily changed and the wiring is easy to run. The wires have sufficient length to not need extensions for a small or midsized vehicle, but you may need to purchase (or wire yourself) a little extra length for longer cars or full size trucks.

Looks great but the cables are dumb. Have to connect to the battery and all of the wires are the same size leading to anywhere. So the light in the back of the car the cord doesn't reach. Don't worry tho they sell extensions. Just annoying to have to buy them because the cord isn't long enough. It still gets 4 stars because they work great and other than routing the wires they were easy to install.

This is very cheaply made. Works OK, but if you have a child with a computer, you may want to just give it to them to use. I was not impressed.

Always looking for ways to repurpose items and get the most out of them in the end. I do a lot of work in and around enclosed trailers, and haul a lot in all of mine. One thing that always frustrates is the lack of light that comes with a trailer, leaving you unsatisfied and wishing for more. As a Nilight fan (I love their stuff!) I was excited when they came out with this kit. Here are my thoughts: The kit arrived quickly and was packaged appropriately. It comes with the four aluminum encased lights that would be more than enough for a small to midsize vehicle. There are two 48 inch pieces and two 36 inch pieces. There is a Bluetooth control head and a remote to operate the lights plus all the required wiring for a “standard” install. A quick bench test showed that everything worked just fine, so I jumped right into making these work for my needs. As you can see in the video, I mounted these INSIDE an enclosed trailer, which greatly improved the ambient lighting and made it a much more inviting environment. Yes, it took some outside of the box thinking. I did have to modify some of the wiring, and soldered/heatshrinked the connections all the way back to the controller. The remote works great, the app allows for even more colors, is not overly intrusive on the permissions, and overall, it literally looks amazing. Highly recommend!

This is a high quality underglow kit. It is built extremely well using high quality materials. Thanks to the aluminum railing This is reusable should you want to change it over to another vehicle and should last a very long time. It is super bright and the color/pattern selection is great. The wires were plenty long enough for my car and they are good quality. I have had nothing but good experiences with nilight and this kit was no different. Great value for the money, worth every penny.

We were really excited to try the Nilight 4Pcs Aluminum Underglow Neon Accent Strip Lights for our 2020 Chevy Malibu, hoping to add a cool and vibrant look to our car. The strips promise a multi-color RGB feature, sound-active function, and music mode, which sounded perfect for customizing our vehicle. The fact that it also comes with both an app and remote control made it even more appealing, as it seemed like a great way to control the lights in different settings and modes. Unfortunately, despite our excitement, the package never arrived, and we were unable to try out the product as planned. This left us disappointed, as we had high hopes for how these underglow lights could enhance the appearance of our car, especially at night. The product seemed to offer a great combination of features, like the sound-activated mode that syncs with the car's music, which would have made the driving experience more enjoyable and visually engaging. Without being able to test the product, we can't speak to how well the lights would have functioned or their overall quality. The aluminum design and 396 LEDs seemed like they would have provided great durability and a bright, colorful glow, but we are left unsure about their performance, ease of installation, or how the app and remote control might have worked. While we can't provide a full review of the Nilight strip lights due to the missing package, we would have loved to experience how they could have transformed our Chevy Cruze. Hopefully, in the future, we'll have the opportunity to try them again and fully explore all the customizable options they offer.

This was great to install super easy just a little time consuming to get it all buttoned up but once I got everything hooked up it turned on right away even while the car was off, I did not connect the two wires (Blue and White ) that are labeled as passenger door or something, I believe it triggers them to turn on when the door is opened but I'm not worried about that feature. I also would recommend "waterproofing" every connection with some electrical tape to prevent water damage which is how my last set ended up dying lol.
