TCL 55INCH IS AMAZING
So I got the 55Inch Q6C and boy is it good it’s good 4 and 144hz which is amazing since I have a ps5 and it works exceptionally well and the quality is top notch and the audio is also great I’ve seen some reviews say it isn’t that good but it has Dolby atmos which is amazing and we got the wall mount and unboxing service as a add on which was also good since the workers did an amazing job and were quick and the tv set up was really easy definitely recommend it’s a budget friendly but with premium design and quality

Extremely happy and impressed
I was searching Google for the best gaming TV's and the TCL C6K came up as the highly recommended budget option boasting its gaming capabilities and picture quality for movies, after some searching i found this TCL Q6C is exactly the same TV as the C6K with all the same design and components yet cheaper than the C6K on argos and currys at £499. I found the setting up straight forward and im very happy with the visuals on both gaming and movies infact ive been blown away with the picture quality and performance with both gaming and movies. The performance, quality and design are way above the standard i was expecting from a so called budget TV it looks amazing and several people have been shocked to hear just how affordable it is compared to the "quite frankly extortionate" prices for oleds/qled tv's out there. Sound wise its pretty good, again its better than you'd expect from a budget TV but i prefer to use my majority soundbar on any tv for deeper punchy bass but you won't be disappointed with the decent built in onkyo speakers, if you don't care about deep punchy bass especially when gaming and watching movies then you'll be very happy with the sound. I only use YouTube, Amazon Prime and Tubi apps they work great on this tv, it connects to WiFi without issues and was really easy to set up the WiFi connection, the controller is sleak and very responsive i really like the controller. Overall im over the moon with this TCL, like many I'd never heard of TCL till now i was a strictly LG all the way guy for TV's until now but i mainly purchased this tv for its gaming capabilities and it totally knocks your socks off on this regards, for the quality when watching movies its also knocks my socks off, so i highly recommend this TV especially for gaming plus you'll never be disappointed with picture quality with movies.

Lot TV for the Money, well pleased
Bottom line is it's very good value. My previous TV was a 10 year old mid-range LG which wore out and developed a blue tinge so maybe any new TV would be an improvement. It arrived well packed, take note of the picture-instructions on the lid on how to remove without pressuring the screen, basically pull out holding the sides which I did from box laid flat on the floor. You can screw in the plastic feet supplied but the separation in 1.01m, wider than my table, so I got a VESA compliant 300mmx300 table stand. Checking for update, setting country etc took quite a long time and was straightforward apart from the QR code on the screen would not log me into Google so I reverted to the Manual option. It helps if you tick the option to see your password before typing as the virtual keyboard covers it. The controller is simple, press the Home button which gives you options to open the channels you tuned into and apps like Netflix. The sound is OK, and can change profiles for Voice, Music etc. My 10 year old LG Sound Bar plugged in via the Optical Output and worked straight away, though cannot be controlled with the TCL controlled only with the LG Soundbar Controller. The picture quality is very good for a TV of this price. Sampled some films, rugby and fast moving football and looks good. You can tune colour, movements etc and there is advice on web on what others find work, though that depends on room lighting, distance etc. I choose the 'Intelligent' option and if I feel could be better choose 'Sport' for football. The only thing I did change was to increase Black Point to bring out detail in the shadows The viewing angle seems good, screen is bright. Searching for TVs most reviews were complementary, though saw one where is said it takes 35 secs to switch on and some motion blurring. My TV takes 6 secs from Standby and see little blurring of a fast football if I look for it, better TVs will cost more. I understand this model is the same as C6K, and maybe some reviewers were looking at C6KS which TCL say is a bit lower grade. It has a satellite tuner for satellites, but Freesat channels do not have an EPG, so I am editing the long list into the few Favourites I watch. It's a lot of telly for the money, and enough for me. If you want better you'll pay mcuh more.

Best for the price range.
Top Tv for the price and size. With little tweaks it can offer quality display. With 4k streaming devices it is top notch. If you want a premium tv without breaking the bank then this is your guy.

Fantastic cinema-sized TV at an incredible price
Upgrading to the 75-inch QD-Mini LED for our living room has been a game changer. The difference from a standard 55-inch is huge provided you have the space, it truly delivers a cinematic experience at home. Hard to find in stores – One downside is that this model is rarely displayed in physical shops. Retailers tend to push bigger brand names due to marketing deals and margins. Honestly, if this TV was placed beside much pricier models, it would easily compete, if not outperform them. It’s a bit of a hidden gem that you’ll likely end up buying based on specs alone but it absolutely delivers. Picture Quality – On a 75-inch screen, any weaknesses would normally be obvious, but the 4K clarity here is excellent. The increased number of local dimming zones really enhances contrast, delivering deep blacks without noticeable blooming. HDR content looks vibrant and bright, rivaling TVs at a much higher price point. Sound Quality – The built-in 2.1 audio system with a rear subwoofer is a pleasant surprise. Unlike many flat TVs, the sound has real depth, clear dialogue, and decent bass. It works well with my LG 2.1 Sound bar too. Smart Features & Gaming – The interface is smooth and responsive. For gaming, the 144Hz refresh rate makes a big difference, keeping motion sharp and fluid during fast-paced scenes. The difference is obvious when you play the Xbox at 144Hz. Verdict – One of the best-value 75-inch TVs available. You get premium features like Mini-LED, high refresh rate, and solid audio at a fraction of the cost of big-name competitors. Don’t let the lack of in-store presence put you off—this TV is a standout choice.

Good value
For the money, this is an excellet 40" TV which we have solely connected to the internet to offer a range of live and on deman tv. We access the standard terrestial channels as well as their catch up option, Apple TV, Prime TV and Netflix. Set up was incredibly simple and we were ready to view within minutes of installing it on the wall. Two feet are provided to make an optionmal stand but we did not require these. Operation is simple and the TV starts quickly. We found the standard LED on the lower central edge a bit annoying as this unit is installed in our bedroom. We opted to use a Tapo plug to isolate the mains power, which results in the TV taking longer to start up but as we don't use it that much it doesnt really effect us. The remote is simple to use and has the option to use Alexa to control various elements. We are a bit old fashioned in this regard and simply prefer to press buttons to access what stations and option we require. It is pretty good to control and every bit as good as the LG model costing over 6 times the price of this item which is in our sitting room. In terms of picture quality, this item punches above its weight and whilst it isn't as good as our LG TV, it isnt that far behind for standard viewing. The weak point I suppose is the sond quality, it isn't bad but this illustrates that this is a budget priced TV. So it doesn't have the dynamic range of our main TV, nor is it as good as a further TV we have with a Bose soundbar, however, it does have a remarkably small price point which at £169.00 to use represented extraordinary value for money for a TV used mainly to watch the breakfast news with limited use during the day. One additional thing that this TV has encouraged me to do is to access you tube, which I haven't really done before, prefeerring to rely on my iPad. This TV has made me realise on what I have missed! Great TV, well woth the money and 5 stars. Recommended.

Product 8/10 BUT Service 1/10 at best
Feel free to buy this TV (details below), but use another vendor instead of Amazon. Summary for quick readers: - TV quality is excellent – bright, colourful, great size, and Google UI is fine. - Ordered two TVs with mounting; only one arrived and was installed as planned. - Second TV delivery failed, replacement was dropped off with no mounting. - Multiple escalation calls, promised call-backs never happened. - Mounting offered over two weeks later, unless I bought a new TV where slots were available sooner. - Good product – poor Amazon fulfilment/service experience. Consider buying elsewhere. Details I’ve set up one unit and the other is still unresolved for reasons explained below. The TV I have opened - 85 inches - is excellent and really fills the room. It’s very colourful, gets very bright, and the Google interface is surprisingly fine. I did need to tweak some dynamic settings like noise reduction, as they don’t work well for gaming or certain shows or sports. Overall it’s a solid piece of kit, and assuming the other one works as expected, the contrast with the service makes the experience even more disappointing. I ordered two TVs with mounting, given the size and fragility. One arrived on time on 29th Nov and was mounted. The second, scheduled for the same day, didn’t arrive. While they were mounting the first one, the tracking for the second changed to “undeliverable”. I called customer support, who initially told me to wait until 5th Dec - a full week - just for a resolution. I escalated and pushed for a replacement, which was confirmed for delivery on 1st Dec but arrived early on Sunday 30th instead. However, instead of mounting it, they just left it on my doorstep and left. I phoned support again and was told the services team would contact me within 24 hours. No contact. I called again, they escalated, and I waited 48 hours with still no response. I phoned again on the 3rd, and after chasing, the services team finally replied on the 4th offering the earliest mounting date as 15th Dec - completely unacceptable. Yet when I check Amazon with my postcode, they can mount a new TV on the 6th Dec if I purchase another unit. They claim the mounting service is handled by a dedicated team, which is why the delay is longer. I don’t believe that. It’s peak season, and I doubt the heavy/bulky services team is driving around with empty vans waiting to mount TVs. It feels more likely that new purchases take priority because they bring in new revenue. If you’re thinking of buying this from Amazon, let this be an example of how they may fail to honour commitments once they have your money and leave you stuck if there’s nothing extra for them to gain.

A 98inch tv that punches well above its weight!
This tv really does pack a punch! I upgraded from an old 55' Philips tv that I paid not far off what I paid for this 98' beast. Perhaps not the fairest of comparisons but this tv is a night and day difference to my old one. My concerns on buying this tv was that it might not be bright enough but that worry was instantly squased once I had it set up and working. I honestly can't see why you would need it any brighter. HDR is great with this tv so you dont need to worry, of course that is based on the source you're watching but all the usual streaming sites such as netflix and prime look great. Dolby vision is where it really comes alive! It looks stunning and i find myself watching all the David Attenborough shows i can feast my eyes on in dolby vision! WOW! Gaming is on a hole different level with this tv if you're that way inclined. My god it's unbelievably good and the immersion is unmatched. What i will say though is that all the AI processing it comes with and motion smoothness abilities are useless. I spent hours with the settings until I realised the reason it wasn't looking great was due to these settings. They are useless and make the viewing experience sub par. This isn't a top end tv and I'm sure on the much higher models they will be able to utilise these features to their full potential but not with this tv. The built in speakers are OK, not great but they'll do the job. I've gone all out and invested in a top end Q acoustics home theatre system with dolby atmos ceiling speakers. You need a good sound system to match with a big 98' tv! It's genuinely like having your own cinema in your living room. I have a permanent grin on my face while watching movies with the family! If you're in the market for a really big tv, just do it! I originally bought an 85' but returned it as once I had it set up I knew I should have gone for the 98'. Im sitting 10 feet from the tv and its perfect! No regrets. Great purchase that makes me feel like a kid again! JUST DO IT!
