I’ve been very happy with the usmile C10. It’s lightweight, compact, and particularly well suited for travel without sacrificing the cleaning power I expect from a full-size water flosser. One of my favorite features is the removable water tank. Other portable flossers I’ve used have a small opening that can make filling the reservoir unnecessarily awkward. With the C10, I can simply remove the tank, fill it, and put it back on. It’s a small design improvement that makes a big difference in everyday use. Despite being battery powered and very portable, the water stream is surprisingly powerful. It does a great job cleaning between my teeth and leaves my mouth feeling fresh without feeling like I’m giving up performance for portability. Battery life has also been excellent. It charges quickly, and I can go weeks between charges with normal use. That’s especially convenient when traveling because I don’t have to worry about constantly packing or finding a charger. Alright, I definitely fell for some influencing to buy this water flosser. I am getting braces very soon and I was looking for a water flosser that would be budget friendly and able to travel with me as needed. This little guy is great! The most intense mode really does do some work on your gums, but I've worked my way up to that mode and now I can use that mode without any discomfort and I can tell my gums and areas between my teeth are getting the care they need. I usually refill it twice just to make sure I get everything well. It is pretty quiet for a water flosser and my sister does not hear my when I am water flossing in the morning before work! I've experienced no leaking when I fill it appropriately and don't over fill it. No messiness, I just lean over the sink and use it like that. It is durable and the battery life is great. I would definitely recommend it for the price and performance!

UPDATE 8/18/26: After a chat with Amazon I was given a return (for 'wrong item sent') and the updated product was sent to me. It arrived and DOES have the USB-C connector and compatible cable. So that took care of my complaint about the product listing and getting the older version. Product Review (on the USB-C model): I am moving the rating to 4 stars. Only reason for the 1 star missing is that this is pricey compared to some options and the water container is small. That water container size is as advertised and some folks say it can do a full clean (under 60 seconds?!) but I think you'll need to refill a time or two (or three). That is what you get with a compact device so that is fine if you are ok with it. I am ok with it cuz this device works well and has a lot of nice features. The buttons and settings work well. I just pop off the container to fill rather than try to use the small inlet port. I have used at the sink and in the shower. Battery life has not been an issue after a week. I am new to water flossing so I have a lot of 'learning' to do to get this right but that will come with some practice. I was able to clear out some food that was in a deep pocket that would not come out with pick or floss so thank goodness for this device. I am using the gentler settings for now and trying the different picks. Mostly the brush pic to start as I learn to 'feel' where the water is going. This device does pack down well but of course you do need to dry it out between uses so have a spot to lay it out for that; a dry washcloth is a nice place to set it down to dry. I used the supplied cable to connect my laptop port (I didn't remember it has a USB-A port until I looked carefully!) to the USB-C on the product. It blinked and charged over the course of 30+ minutes. A full charge would take longer but the product was mostly charged right out of the box and ready to use. OVERALL this is a well featured, well build product. I believe it will improve my gum health and that is what I got it for. ORIGINAL: The one I received is not the latest model. This one has a proprietary 2-pin charging port and NOT the USB-C that I was told (by Alexa) in reply to my question. That is not a critical feature but if that is available then that is what I want. Amazon helped me start the return and has sent me the correct model supposedly but I'll verify that first thing when it arrives. From what I read and found playing with the product otherwise, there are a LOT OF GREAT FEATURES and well thought out design and controls. I hope the replacement is the one I want. I'll update after it comes in.

The battery lasts well, and it’s simple to use as part of my daily oral care routine. I like that it helps keep my teeth feeling clean and fresh without taking up much space. Perfect travel size. Just what I was looking for

this was my first water flosser - I always wanted to try one, but didn’t want a massive appliance taking up space on the counter top. I LOVE how compact this one is. and it feels powerful! it’s easy to switch on/off and adjust the pressure. as others have said, it does take multiple refills to get a full mouth clean, but I’ve just been positioning it under the running faucet with the bottom slightly open so that it’s continuously filling up. a little awkward but it gets the job done. battery seems good, I’ve been using multiple times a day and haven’t needed to charge yet.

Used it for a weekend trip and work wonderfully! Its just as strong as my big one I use at home just the water capacity is lower. You will have to refill it once if you want to do whole mouth big its easy to do. Water pressure is still strong and does the same thing as my big one. I fits in a small package and easy to pack! Overall very happy with this!

What a great device! I love the clean feel of my teeth after using. It uses a bit more water than I expected, so I have to spit a bit frequently.

Nunca había usado un Water Flosser antes, y la verdad estoy muy sorprendida. Mi hilo dental tradicional es muy bueno. Y realmente remueve la inmensa mayoría de los residuos, pero aún así cuando uso esto todavía siguen saliendo cosas :s así que creo que fue una gran adicion a mi rutina dental. Muy potente y fácil de usar.

Have been using Waterpik for 10+ years and decided to give this a try. Loved it! The long battery life is insane and convenient for daily use, and I also love the fact that the water reservoir can be taken apart for full drying. Unfortunately the suction started to malfunction 6 months in and it now sucks up a mixture of air and water making the water flosser too weak to use.
