Works Great!
I actually bought this to defrost my ice maker that freezes over about once every two months on my pricy Samsung model RF28K9070SR/AA. We love or Samsung products and Samsung replaced the ice maker months ago but its still a problem. The appliance repair company used a steamer like this one and recommended steam vs a hair blower for defrosting. This one works perfectly!

Good thumb workout
If you want a good thumb workout this is for you! You have to hold the toggle button with your thumb the whole time you use it. It did a pretty good job on grout but didn’t do much in the kitchen. I had to take breaks to rest my thumb.

A great little multi use steamer to have.
I love this little thing. It is very light and does a great job. I had a pretty bad stain in my car carpets and this brought it right up. Also it works great for steaming clothes. Multi purpose little tool that works well. Just bought another one for a family member.Only downfall is because it's so small and lightweight it holds a smaller amount of water then a big clunky one. I am ok with that.

Two boxes for 1 product, why?
The product is ok, however I received two (2) boxes when i could be one box with the machine and the kit. And the biggest box was half empty. Please send 1 single box with everything.

I can’t live without this. My life won’t be complete. I’ve tried many other ones this one has lasted me pretty long.

It didn't work.
The product never worked. It heats up, but when the on button is pressed, nothing happens.
