If I could give this negative stars I would. Cheap costume jewelry labeled as high end. Garbage. Returning this ASAP

Had machine marks that showed through the gold plating. Poor quality control.

The link that fits into the clasp is now loose / broken rendering the piece useless.......So much for lifetime warranty........Hollywood Jewelry......what are we to do about this issue.......Big talk to back up your "hand crafted" product.....are u going to back this up????

there were some defects and it was too short, I had to return it, return was easy and painless

This chain was little and came in a plastic little bag. The chain was not as big as in the picture

I ordered a 30 inch chain and received a 24 inch chain instead. The chain started to change color within 1 week. I started to see a silver color where the links connect and also on the clasp

Over all I like the product, if it wouldn't perish like it says before you buy it , I would like to have them replaced.

So regret buying the links are not even sealed and you can see silver in between each one very disappointed
