The 5 STARS UNITED Knee Pillow was purchased after a TKR operation to help with leg exercises and general comfort during recovery, and it helped. The memory foam gives good support without being too firm, which made it useful for positioning my leg correctly while doing exercises. It was also very helpful at night, as I could rest my operated leg on it when trying to sleep on my side, which took pressure off the knee and felt much more comfortable. The pillow holds its shape and feels well made, and it’s a simple but effective aid during recovery. Overall, I think, this was a worthwhile purchase and a helpful support cushion both for exercises and for sleeping.

Good pillow, very firm yet still comfortable. Has helped with my back pain. My only issue is I wish they would offer a natural pillow cover option e.g made from 100% cotton.

If like me you cannot sleep on your back ( side sleeper) it’s not that good, however if you can or use it whilst sitting it’s very good. Can adjust your leg position to ease the pain, so good and comfortable.

Oh my goodness absolute game changer. I had lower back pain and it was always so painful getting up and out of bed. Prior to this getting this I tried sleeping with a normal pillow in between my legs it didn't work. So I decided to get this and after the first night the pain was significantly reduced. Today after my second night of using it I have woken up with no pain. It is also comfortable to use and stays in place when turning from left to right side sleeping position.

Amazing pillow. Had total hip replacement recently and used this pillow so I could sleep on my side again. Best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. Would recommend highly.

Arrived and I thought first is a mistake but it was ok. Small box and I was worry I ordered something wrong. I used for the day and it was comfortable and foam is excellent. I will use it all the time as my burning sensation & pins and needles on my feet and heavy legs this is will be fab. I will order another one as my partner tried it and was like this is very good for my feet. I was not sure if will be ok as I read some feedback and some people weren’t happy. I am happy and I will give it go as I have a few stuff from Amazon and cushions for my back , knees etc , but we are all different and not all of us will be happy but this is what I wanted and is just perfect. Also I will update after couple months of use but I know by know if give me a bit relieve. Highly recommend . Thanks

At first, it felt a bit to big and bulky but after a couple of weeks use, it's settled down and is comfortable.

Doet wat het moet doen! Ik heb veel last van mijn onderrug en dit kussen verlicht de ongemakken daarvan er goed! Zowel onder de knieen, als tussen mijn knieen als ik op mijn zij lig en zelfs als ik op mijn buik lig en hem onder mijn enkels leg.
