All sprouted. I planted 2 per hole. Had 22 seeds. I definitely got 10 in ground sprouts and one in my raised bed. Leaves are huge. Sprouted it 5 days direct ground. Clay mixed with my chicken poop that has been fermenting for 2 years.

Bought these as we could find no other pumpkin seeds in the store...its the end of June & the other brand we planted did not take! These turned out to be BEAUTIFUL BIG pumpkins. Had these seeds been started early on the season, I believe they would have grown in to HUGE pumpkins! The pic only shows part of the harvest!

2 & 1/2 months in the ground, proper water, proper sun light, flowers but no vining and no buds of pumpkins. So disappointing.

So far so good. I planted 12 seeds and 8 have germinated.

I planted a dozen seeds in different areas around the yard. All of them sprouted. After I thinned them out, the remaining plants grew quickly. My only problem has to do with this summer's infernal weather, which killed the vines with a mixture of heat and heavy rains. I plan to try again next year with these seeds and hope for better luck with the weather.

I decided to plant indoors this year to get an early start on the growing season. I ordered 20 seeds. My packet contained 35 seeds. I planted 30 of them in little peat pots. So far 28 seeds have sprouted and are growing fine. I will have to wait several more months to see if they yield good pumpkins.
