Didnt know cinnamon could taste this good. A little sweeter and a lovely soft flavour, good value.Will buy again.Love organic food, so much better.

This reminds me a lot of Iranian cinnamon. Lovely fragrance with the added benefits of controlling insulin spike. Would recommend.

This true Cinnamon has a completely different taste and smell to Cassia Cinnamon. I use small amounts in soups and casseroles / stews to add an extra flavour. I am type 2 diabetic so I also use half a teaspoon mixed into my breakfast of porridge three or four times a week and find that it helps reduce my sugar levels.
