This company is so helpful and accommodating to work with if you have any issues of any kind with product, shipping, returns, etc. I discovered that I do not tolerate monk fruit sweetener but I could not return product to Amazon. I reached out directly to the Be Well by Kelly company and they were more than happy to help me with my issues. Looking forward to trying their unsweetened flavor free products soon.

If you don't mind the monk fruit sweetener, you'll probably like it. I will not be purchasing this again as I learned from this expensive purchase, I prefer stevia. They also sent the wrong flavor.

This product has some definite pluses and minuses. First things first, this tastes pretty good. I would definitely add it to something else rather than drink it on its own, but you can if you really want to. I haven't tried adding it to food, but I love another user's idea of adding it to pancakes. That would be just heavenly! I feel like I'm getting a nice dose of energy from this and I'm left feeling full, both of which are pretty much the pinnacle of what you hope to achieve with protein powders like this. I think I might add it to some of my coffees on occasion as well, as there's no grainy texture or anything like that. You'll want to stir this properly, but this doesn't clump or anything like that. The minuses here are well, the bag and the price. I do wish this came in a better container than this since it's just easier to pull powder out of a more rigid container. Still, not a deal breaker. What will give people pause is the price. This is a higher end protein powder and is very high quality, but you're going to pay for that luxury. In the end it's going to be up to you whether or not it's worth it, since you know what you're willing to pay for something like this. But rest assured, this is very good quality protein powder. I think it might be worth it for some who are looking for something made with minimum ingredients that is free of most common allergens. Just keep aware that there are products made with those allergens elsewhere in the factory if you are very sensitive. But otherwise this was pretty safe for me to consume. It's also very low in sugar, so it was safe for my diabetic boyfriend to have as well - and he was the main person I was concerned about. He likes having a protein shake in the morning to help stabilize his blood sugar, as he's not always in the mood for a large meal. On that note, I will say that a bag of this is less expensive than say, pre-packaged protein drinks that have the same amount of servings.

Taste is good, but the spices aren't ground enough, small "chunks" or grit in the bottom of my coffee cup. Tried using as a protein shake as well, still too gritty. Works fine for baking or putting in pancake batter though.

I bought this for my husband, since we are trying to cut sugar. Whenever he gets the sweet tooth I’ll make something with this. Although personally, I can’t even stand the smell or taste, he loves it. He now wants everything with a shake out of this.

This Be Well by Kelly powder is best mixed using a shaker cup or in a blender when mixing it alone. In fact, this powder is probably best used in a smoothie or other similar beverage when mixed with other ingredients and supplements. The flavor profile for this power is labeled as Pumpkin Spice. While there is a faint hint of pumpkin spice in here, it's not prominent enough. The pumpkin spice flavor sits more or less in the background compared to the protein in this product. I can't exactly place my finger on the flavor profile of this protein even though it claims to be "beef protein". To me, it doesn't taste like beef at all. It does have an odd flavor, but not at all of beef. In fact, the flavor profile is rather difficult to describe here. If you're used to whey protein, it tastes nothing like that. It's also not at all creamy like whey protein. Overall, when mixed into a drink as suggested, the flavor is not very sweet at all. The drink is also a bit on the watery side. Because this is not milk derived, there's nothing creamy in the mixed beverage. However, I didn't find the odd flavor to be overall unpalatable. I was able to drink the entire drink with no issues. It's just not a flavor that I would have expected from beef protein powder. 3 stars for a reasonable protein addition. 2 stars off for the odd flavor profile, the muted pumpkin spice flavor and the need to use a shaker cup (i.e., it doesn't mix super easy).

I had high hopes for this product and would have kept it if it actually dissolved. I tried shaker bottles and even bought a frother to mixt the powder into milk and it still stayed in clumps. Gross and a waste of money

The "bulletproof coffee" fad a few years back had people mixing collagen powder with coffee and MCT oil as a way to do keto and avoid large breakfasts and the associated calories. Well, I started doing that and it worked, but then I learned that collagen peptides are protein building blocks, not protein, and that the body has limited use for peptides. So, I started making my morning "bulletproof coffee" with protein rather than collagen. I've been using Premier Protein shakes as coffee creamer and mixing them with MCT oil in my coffee and it's been working well. So, this pumpkin spice grass-fed beef protein powder seemed a natural thing to try. I did this morning and it works great. The protein powder dissolves in coffee and give it a sweet, but not-too-sweet pumpkin spice flavor, and I'm getting my morning caffeine, my MCT oil, and some high quality protein for "breakfast." What a great product! And, I'm sure my uses for it are very limited compared to others. I'm sure it would be great with all kinds of different smoothies too. Great stuff!
