How many mg of berberine and how many mg of ceylon cinnamon in ea capsule?

Cinnamon 4000mg and berberine 250 mg

What is the Size of the capsules? I’ve taken some 1g capsules before, but if these have 4g of just cinnamon, they must be huuge?

It’s about 3/4 if an inch capsule which is easier to swallow than a hard pill that size (like Allegra!). I take this supplement after lunch every day and it helps with my diabetes control. The days I skip, my evening reading is higher. I do feel these help me, not saying they would help anyone else. When I take a bigger capsule I take it with a mouthful of water and swish it around that seems to be easier to get that pill down. Hope this helps.

What the source of the capsules in Super Berberine. Are they vegetarian capsules?

According to the bottle ( under other ingredients ) it states “ vegetable cellulose (capsule). That’s all I know about that. Hope it helps
