Slow to get results,it's a large capsule which definitely requires a large, very large amount of water or other liquid to swallow it and make sure it gets all the down into your stomach. Otherwise u will feel very uncomfortable with the pill stuck in your esophagus. Be mindful this product tends to cause diarrhea and nausea in some people. Stay the course and it will improve..It might take an entire bottle before your body adjusts to it. In the meantime you can take the various OTC products to get some relief.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am sure it is a good product. I did not experience better fasting blood sugar numbers with this product. It may be that it is not because of the product but some other issue. I chose this herbal medicine because I was watching the show by the doctor from SugarMD.

THIS IS GREAT IT DID LOWER MY A1C BY 1.3 PTS. I WAS 6.7... IT WENT DOWN TO 5.4.... OF COURSE I CUT BACK CARBS AND SUGAR... AND EAT VEGGIES FIRST BEFORE PROTEIN AND FATS ... BUT TAKING THIS A HALF HR, BEFORE EATING WORKS !!! OH AND DRINK HOT WATER AND LEMON BEFORE BED ... THIS ROUTINE REALLY WORKS ...
