Feel free to buy this TV (details below), but use another vendor instead of Amazon. Summary for quick readers: - TV quality is excellent – bright, colourful, great size, and Google UI is fine. - Ordered two TVs with mounting; only one arrived and was installed as planned. - Second TV delivery failed, replacement was dropped off with no mounting. - Multiple escalation calls, promised call-backs never happened. - Mounting offered over two weeks later, unless I bought a new TV where slots were available sooner. - Good product – poor Amazon fulfilment/service experience. Consider buying elsewhere. Details I’ve set up one unit and the other is still unresolved for reasons explained below. The TV I have opened - 85 inches - is excellent and really fills the room. It’s very colourful, gets very bright, and the Google interface is surprisingly fine. I did need to tweak some dynamic settings like noise reduction, as they don’t work well for gaming or certain shows or sports. Overall it’s a solid piece of kit, and assuming the other one works as expected, the contrast with the service makes the experience even more disappointing. I ordered two TVs with mounting, given the size and fragility. One arrived on time on 29th Nov and was mounted. The second, scheduled for the same day, didn’t arrive. While they were mounting the first one, the tracking for the second changed to “undeliverable”. I called customer support, who initially told me to wait until 5th Dec - a full week - just for a resolution. I escalated and pushed for a replacement, which was confirmed for delivery on 1st Dec but arrived early on Sunday 30th instead. However, instead of mounting it, they just left it on my doorstep and left. I phoned support again and was told the services team would contact me within 24 hours. No contact. I called again, they escalated, and I waited 48 hours with still no response. I phoned again on the 3rd, and after chasing, the services team finally replied on the 4th offering the earliest mounting date as 15th Dec - completely unacceptable. Yet when I check Amazon with my postcode, they can mount a new TV on the 6th Dec if I purchase another unit. They claim the mounting service is handled by a dedicated team, which is why the delay is longer. I don’t believe that. It’s peak season, and I doubt the heavy/bulky services team is driving around with empty vans waiting to mount TVs. It feels more likely that new purchases take priority because they bring in new revenue. If you’re thinking of buying this from Amazon, let this be an example of how they may fail to honour commitments once they have your money and leave you stuck if there’s nothing extra for them to gain.

At first I thought the tv was ok, but after 1 week the image on the TV started becoming fuzzy, another week after that the sound stopped working. This TV is full of mysteries can't wait to see what other problems I will encounter, thank you amazon, wonderful TV especially for the high price on it. TRULY AMAZING!! If you don't know what to do with your money, waste it on this TV, truly entertaining! You can't screenshare either, and if you can, it really doesn't make it easy for you!!

The TV is fine, seems to work well, picture looks good and it sounds OK. It is also very light which always makes me feel happier when wall mounting. However, the Fire TV operating system does not allow for the standby light to be turned off. So if you are planning on using in a bedroom, look elsewhere. Shame really as other operating systems so allow for the standby light to be deactivated.

This started out as a good tv for the money however after less than a month of owning it has an issue where the audio won't work at random times. I have no packaging ect to return so that's a separate issue. Really disappointing after a good first impression.

Bought this TV as a gift for myself. Quality is as expected not too bad however, once started up the tv is very slow and quite laggy. To make things worse, often when I turn the tv on it has no sound! I have to reset the tv every time in order for the sound to come out of the tv… ridiculous! Would not buy! Do not waste your money on this product. Better for you to spend a little extra money on a more trusted tv company!

A feature packed 4k mini led 55" TV for £400 did seem too good to be true. Amazon's return policy is solid so I took a chance and ordered it. On paper this TV reads like a bargain. 144hz panel. VRR support. Bright mini LED back light with dimming zones. Quantum dot coating. Support for Dolby Vision and hdr10+. Android TV OS Sadly the LCD response times on this VA panel is worse than my almost 20yr old Sony Bravia. It's about on par with the Sega GameGear's which released in the Western market in 1991! Dark scenes at any framerate from 24hz to 144hz are a blurry soup. Moving objects leave a trail of smear behind them. Navigating the gray on dark gray colour scheme of the Google TV OS leaves a ghost smear lasting around 1/4~1/5th of a second. You don't need to be a videographer to see it. And once you've seen it, you can't unsee it. The reason they pack so many great sounding features into this TV is to con people into buying it. The only use I can think of for this panel would be to display static art/photos. For literally anything else this TV is e-waste. It's a disgusting waste of resources producing and shipping this TV. Maybe the high end TCL'S are good? This upper budget/entry midrange has soured any intention to even consider this brand again.

So the TV was ok, but that’s all. The picture quality wasn’t the best, pretty poor to be honest, it looked like it hadn’t tuned itself properly, even HD channels, but the reason I returned it is that when I selected a TV program off the guide all I got was a black screen. If I searched through the channels up and down using the TV next channel button it worked ok, but it was not working as it should, it was intermittent and so I returned it.

Bought this tv for my Nanna for Christmas. It was late in being delivered, so arrived the following day. Once delivered I opened the TV and switched it on to see if any problems or fault with the TV. 1) Managed to put the TV on , however there was a symbol of “gd” in the top left hand corner and would not move off the screen, even though I tuned the TV in and put a different screen on. It was still visible. So was not happy about this. 2) There was an empty eaten double decker chocolate bar wrapper located in the bottom of my box!! Not sure if this was a return from someone else? Or staff eating on shift? But not great! 3) The sound quality is shocking. I had to turn the TV volume up to 57 in order to hear it properly, but then still wasn’t great quality. So therefore the item has been sent back. Just a heads up, if you are sending this back to Amazon, UPS pick this up, no time slot given or when they come out to collect. And if you miss your parcel being picked up , they charge you next day or take it to shop free of charge to get it shipped.
