Bought this last week and so far we are really happy with it. All of the fixtures are made of metal (including the stakes) and actually withstood a tornado and hail that we had a couple days ago!! Setup was a breeze as the whole kit took about an hour to install. The thing that took the longest was figuring out how we wanted to place everything. Only issue we’ve had is trying to get the photocell sensor to activate on the transformer, we’re going to be getting a larger one and more wire so isn’t a huge deal for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on if you purchase. Highly recommended this set!!

Lights looked great for 6 weeks. The breaker popped off due a short in one of the lights. Got tried of looking for it. Thru them in the trash. Would not recommend.

Very happy with this set. The spot lights are much brighter being 20watts vs the canopy style 10watts. I’m going to increase the canopy ones I think. If your installing it’s very easy with what was supplied when connecting to the main line but if you intend to add a short line to branch away from main line it take 2 connectors (not included) for each light. This was very straight forward to do though. Again if the light is connected to the main line provided it’s super easy install. Great quality all metal and the stake too very happy overall.

After two years this landscape light set has completely stopped working. I always bought Malbui in past and had good quality but this was junk. So disappointed. Save your money if you want more than two years out of it.

I have to update my review after few month of use. All the bulbs are gone. I have to order new bulbs.Fixtures are good, easy installation, although i had to find a short circuit in one of the path lights and it took me an hour of troubleshooting. Lamps are not so great. They get really hot and illuminations are not great.

This is a decent kit that's fully metal and does its job. I replaced the halogens with LED bulbs so I cannot speak to the look of the halogens, but I assume they are just as nice. Everything works perfectly in terms of functionality of the wires/connections. The only problem is that there are already signs that the kit will not last very long. First, the metal hood that extends over the light to allow for a narrow or broad light has already stripped on all of the spotlights, thus being rendered useless, this happened basically the first time I tried to tighten the screw. This is caused by poor design and poor parts, with the screws being of poor quality and not strong enough to keep the grip. I can't imagine this isn't a universal problem that affects everyone. Second problem is that the screws that are visible on the fixtures are already completely RUSTED. Ugh. What an easily avoidable problem if they had just used better parts. For the cost (which includes the much cheaper halogens vs. LEDs), I'd expect the screws to be rust proof or even rust resistant to some degree. I'm not sure I'd buy again and am disappointed. For the price it is a nice looking kit and much more stylish than the basic plastic/black kits you see everywhere. If they would just go the extra few steps and add better, rust proof screws they'd have a real solid product that I'd continue to buy to extend the display.

I think the lights look fine, but the set screws for the four spot lights were all stripped. i cant adjust the lights so now the beams are the widest (and least bright) they can be.REVIEW UPDATED: The company contacted me almost immediately and is sending out some new covers. The person from the company said he is going to check to make sure everything is working well before sending it out to me. This is what a great company does. No company is perfect, but a great company tries hard to fix the problem.
