All is good but battery only 4-5 days

My battery pack has stopped working in 15 days. I got in touch with Amazon customer service and as usual. they were useless and of no help and they gave me a number though it is an Amazon fulfilled order. The number is invalid. It is not even updated. I’ve written to them now on their customer support email, and I am hoping to hear back. I have been on the phone for last 45 minutes, just to find a solution for the product which I have paid for, and which has conked in 15 days. Seller has nothing mention where I can get in touch with them, so please be very careful before you buy. Worse service. it has been charging since yesterday, and the red light is continuously on and my WHOOP is also dead.

I ordered from Amazon (as the leading site said, delays), and it came the next day. 2nd day wearing it, it already shows me my sleep patterns, stress levels, recovery rate, and so much more. It is brilliant for those wanting to improve their health and optimize their performance. You need to wear it for four days to gather all your data, but it already shows me so many insights. Highly recommended!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. He is quite happy with the product. How good it is in terms of tracking and performance will only be known after some data is collected and compared with his other device. Hope this will help him understand his recovery patterns after long runs.

I have wanted a good health and fitness tracking wearable for a while now so that I could get more quantitative about my training, nutrition, and recovery. I tried out the Oura ring but was sorely disappointed with pricing, functionality, and form factor. The Whoop strap has been a much better platform and I enjoy using it. It automatically detects pretty much all of my workouts, it has great sleep tracking, and the data it pulls is very specific. It has given me some awesome insights into my sleep, eating, and recovery metrics, allowing me to move forward with modifications to my training plan that have been a huge boost to my performance. Just as importantly, unlike the Oura ring, the Whoop strap doesn't get in the way. It's a better device by pretty much all measures, in addition to being significantly less expensive. The app is excellent, too.
