NOOCH IT! only has the following ingredients: Fair Trade Organic Cashews (80% of NOOCH IT! is cashews), Organic Nutritional Yeast, Organic Hemp Seeds, Organic Garlic Powder, Organic Gluten-Free Brown Rice Flour, and Sea Salt.

Why don't you allow customer to enlarge actual label - your photos are not readable. What is the polyunsaturated fat content?

Amount per serving: 1 tbsp. Calories = 40. Total Fat = 2.5 g (3%). Saturated fat=0%. Trans fat=0 g. Cholesterol=0%. Hope this helps. I love this product. It is not melt like cheese but it has more of a grated texture. I add it to hot pastas and on toasted bread.

NOOCH IT! does not require refrigeration after opening. You may refrigerate NOOCH IT! Cashew Grated Cheeze if you like it “chilled”, but refrigeration isn’t necessary.
