Replaced the pump on my 2006 corolla. Installation requires access that means you partially remove the front bumper at least on the right side to provide access to the pump. The gromet supplied fit loosely in the fluid tank and appeared to be likely to leak, So I used the original one which was still good. The new pump fit into the original gromet ok. The new pump has adequate strength and sprays fluid at least halfway up the windshield, the wipers grab this fluid, and the wipers take care of the rest of the window. I can't say as others have reported, that it is weaker than the original since it has been so long since the original was working. All in all, for the price, this is a good buy for a replacement. It is not so hard to do, so I regret not getting to it sooner. While I was at it, I also replaced my headlights which were terribly oxidized. This also requires removal of the bumper. The bumper removal is relatively easy with just some bolts, screws, and plastic plugs to deal with. The worse part was dealing with all the rust on a 25-year-old vehicle.

Windshield washer pump was received very promptly. It was a direct fit for my 2003 Camry and reasonably easy to install.

New pump was easy to install on a 2014 Santa Fe. However, I encountered two problems. First, the new pump is about 1/16" shorter than the original so the upper tab does not engage. I think a strip of duct tape around the pump and to the sides of the reservoir will solve that problem. The second problem is more serious. When the washer pump is activated from the car controls, I can hear and feel the new pump runni9ng, but it does not pump any liquid from the reservoir to the windshield. (front or rear). I ordered a replacement pump and will update this review after the new pump is received and installed. The replacement pump arrived today, was installed, and it had the same problem as the first purchase. The motor runs, but no pumping happens - - at least not strong enough to reach the windshield. This pump will also be returned. The original OEM pump worked great until it developed a crack on the output tube which caused the fluid to leak from the reservoir tank. Since neither of the replacement pumps worked, I will try to repair the crack on the OEM pump. Update - The crack repair worked and i'm back in business. Bottom line is - - - - don't buy this replacement pump - - at least not for a 2014 Santa Fe.

This replacement worked as intended with no issues. Best way to do the replacement if you got at least close to a gallon of washer fluid is to unscrew and pull out the windshield washer tank, angle it when pulling it out while unplugging the tube, then you'll have more freedom to drain and pull the old washer pump out.

Je l'ai acheté pour remplacer ma pompe de lave glace que je soupçonnais être défectueuse sur un Ford explorer 2014. Aucun problème au montage tout correspond, aucune fuite et fonctionne exactement comme la pompe originale!
