High Quality
The price was so great on these knives that I was concerned that they would be lower quality. But, that was not the case. They are sturdy and sharp. And, they look great too.

It is really sharp!
It is really sharp. It cuts like a laser in meat. The design looks expensive. Quality I would say 5*. Let us see after few months of use if it will still keep the sharpness. It is easy to use with the wooden handle.

Nice addition
This three-piece butcher knife set is excellent. The knives are very sharp, well-balanced, and comfortable to hold. Great quality for the price. Really impressed with this knife set. Each knife is sturdy, sharp, and works perfectly for meat prep. A solid addition to any kitchen.

Great knife set for butchering for bbq/smoking.
Work perfectly and very, very sharp. Does cot tomatoes paper thin. Cuts lettuce for wraps like making cabbage into cole slaw. Looks good with my masato knife. Great for cutting chicken leg quarters after smoked and gets them ready for making pulled chicken bbq sandwiches.

Love these knives.
As great as the expensive ones. These are my favorite knives. When I first noticed these type of knives I seen them on TV and it was 149 for the set. I liked them but they had a fancy design on the handles and didn't care for the design. I waited about 3 years and seen this set for 20 bucks and I went ahead and got them. I love them they cut great and even my husband teases me saying the knives are his and only his to use.
