Exactly as described. We did the water test with paper inside to check for leaks, no problems. If you need to open this case, I find that the easiest way is to place a penny or nickel into the little slot where the cases meet in the lower corner, and gently twisting. We got this case for a kid, the back is nice and sturdy but we left the tempered glass on his phone beneath the thin plastic. We already had the touch screen sensitivity turned up, there is no delay in having the two screen protectors. The back is nice and sturdy, his popsocket fit fine, and he even likes the little wrist strap. The charging port cover is definitely tight in there, but he opened it fine. The little kickstand works well. Even though the S9 is supposedly waterproof, the Extra Protection gives peace of mind. He scubas and snorkels and is looking forward to trying it out in the pool and eventually elsewhere

I love the built in screen guard feature because I despise the process of applying them. It does seem to be waterproof...I followed the testing instructions and the inside stayed dry. I also love the wrist strap because I drop my phone frequently. It is long enough to wear while using the phone and has saved it from several such mishaps already. We will have to see how it holds up over time. I'll update later.

I ordered this for the wife and she LOVES it!! It did take a bit of adjustment to get the mic lined up with the case so she wouldn't sound muffled. It comes with a key looking thing to help open the case. The port covers are a little stiff to open @ 1st, but that's okay. She got the light blue one with the built in kick stand.

The case works great, waterproof, sturdy and like the kickstand. However, I am returning the case because it makes it so others can't hear me when I'm talking on the phone and I can't hear them. There's no point in the case if I have to take my phone out of the case each time in order to talk on the phone.

Works for what I needed it for. Haven't tested if waterproof with phone in case. But everything seems safe and secure. Only issue I have is, the case muffles the speaker. But assurance is worth a little volume.

I drop my phone a lot so this has saved my life, however no one can hear me when I talk. I think the water proof part covering the speaker is muffling my voice.

I love it but I cant hear with the case on unless it's on speaker phone :( anyone know how to fix it? Besides bluetooth headset

I love the case but it is very hard for people to hear me thru the case .there are no speaker holes and also by no speaker holes the ringer is not that loud ., other then that great case and screen protector
