I do a lot of computer motion graphics and video work as a freelancer and as an instructor, so I'm used to the idea of working with a good laptop and a second screen. This Wuawe 16" 120Hz Portable Monitor caught my eye and I wanted to see if I can integrate it into my setups. PROS -great packaging: everything is well protected and clearly labeled. -nice clear instructions: easy to read and understand. -great design: this is a very light and rigid display panel. There is a single kickstand in the back that allows you to tilt at different viewing angles. -all cables present: there are different ways to set this monitor up... 1) USB-C cable supplies video and power between my MacBook Pro and the display 2) HDMI cable & USB-C to USB-A cable supplies separate video and power from a power adapter -multiple display modes: you can connect as a Duplicate screen for presentations, Extend Mode for dual monitor setups and you can rotate it into Portrait as well as Landscape Mode. -1920x1200 16:10 aspect ratio with (claimed) 100% sRGB color and Bluelight protection. -menu system toggle for color and resolution. What I was happy to find is that using a single USB-C cable, it powered on and was immediately set for Extend Mode. This means less fumbling around getting everything started when I work remotely. The screen is responsive and does not lag. Out of the box, there is a slight yellow cast on some text, but once I run color calibration on it, I fully expect it to be more accurate. Also nice is how crisp this screen is! It has a matte surface, and is very easy to view. CONS -needs a better carrying case: the supplied case works fine, but I'd like to find a case with rigid panels to better protect the display. If all you are going to do is tuck this away on a shelf, the case works fine; but if you travel to different sites, you'll want to consider a more rigid case. -single kickstand? Why not two? The single kickstand work well. But for more stability if it gets bumped, two kickstands would be better. SUMMARY No lie, this monitor rocks. It's responsive, it's easy to use and feels larger than it actually is. I feel that it is a superior product at a great price, and even if I end up replacing the carry case, I have a great value in this product. Only time will tell how well this holds up, but I feel very confident and excited that I have this display. Plus the red color that I got is really nice!
