Spring sunrise organic grass fed ghee butter
I've been sampling ghee. Wow. They can be wildly different. This one is currently my very favorite. Love that it is organic, grass fed. To me - it smells exactly like freshly toasted and butter bread. It has a lovely, rich butter flavor. It's way too expensive. But so good. It's fun to experiment cooking with Ghee which is butter that has had the milk solids removed. You could make your own. Probably more economical. But I love this brand. Also, it's a glass jar! No plastic. I say it's worth a try if you're trying ghee! Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Best ghee
That's one of the best ghee we've tried. It's grassfed and grass finished and come in a glass jar. Wonderful taste. Will buy again

Great quality. Cook before drizzling to avoid odd taste.
Great quality. If you plan to drizzle on popcorn, make sure to cook/microwave it a little longer to cook off the odd taste. Take like 45 seconds from room temp to melted and cooked off. Then tastes better when you drizzle it over popcorn.

spring sunrise should seal the product more securely. may have been previously opened. Good spreadability, melting performance, and aroma.
