It's nice. I haven't used this spice before, so I don't know if this is what you'd expect, but I like it. It's kind of a cherry almond flavor/scent. I'm excited to find some other recipes to try out

Wonderful cherry sweet almond flavour, exactly what I was looking for. I used it in maamoul which is a difficult pastry to find here with authentic flavour. It turned out perfect, very strong and concentrated ingredient, a little goes a long way. It tastes like a dream, and I can't wait to use this to make more maamoul and other baked goods! Did not come leaked and came nicely packaged and also for a great price.

I like adding mahlab to cookies, it gives that superb taste. (Kaak bi halib) in particular. 👌

I can’t use an item that the seal was open . I tried returning it in the time frame and it says not eligible for return. When the website said it was eligible for return. Very disappointed and I will throw away the item.
