This is my first time trying out raspberry ketones. I have seen them on the ingredients list of several weight loss supplements and decided to give them a shot.The first thing I noticed after opening the bottle was a faint, but pleasant fresh raspberry smell. The capsules can be sticky so make sure they are taken with plenty of water. In the time that I have been taking them, I have noticed that I am able to wait a bit longer between meals without and sudden sugar cravings. I generally try to eat 6-8 small, well-balanced meals throughout the day, and the ketones seem to be helping me choose complex carbs over simple carbs for my meals.Also, my roommate has become a big fan. She had noticed that her evening sugar cravings have greatly diminished, an issue she has wanted to control for a while.Still too early to evaluate long terms results, but so far the product appears promising. I've taken this for about a month. I do notice a little more energy. I've lost a little weight, but not much. However, I can't fault the product for not losing more. Rather it's my eating habits. No pill will cure that. I plan to buy more of this and give it a serious chance. I started taking two capsules twice a day, but then dropped down to once a day because I realized I was running out. I think you need to take this twice a day.

I love this product, because of its high potency, I only need to take 1 pill at a time, twice a day & I have noticed that sweat a lot more at the gym since i've started taking these pills.

I think of the other brands that I have tried this one really seems to cut the cravings for sugar. I started using and I realized it really cut the sweet tooth cravings and seems to work better on reducing my appetite.

I am way less hungry and have no problem not snacking anymore! It has no weird side effects or after taste.

These are bunk and fake.1. Raspberry ketones do nothing for weight loss.2. Since no one regulates supplements there is an extremely strong chance that raspberry ketones aren't even in these.Unfortunately companies like these buy hundreds of positive fake reviews from companies that sell them. Look at the user accounts. Read the reviews. They aren't real. The accounts belong to a company that pays kids in poor parts of the world pennies to write these reviews. Then they offer free products and cheap exchanges to real people to write "real" reviews that they promote.Finally, I imagine there are a few legitimate placebo reviews in there. People who took the sugar pills and thought they really experienced a positive effect.Quit buying the snake oil people. If these products were real, you'd see them advertised on TV(during the day), everyone would use them and recommend them and real companies would make them, not seedy little companies that are ready to shut down and disappear as soon as the FDA, FTC, or FCC crack down on what should be illegal business.

I have been using 2 capsules a night for a few weeks and I have lost about 5 pounds. I am very happy with the results, mostly because I haven't been going to the gym and I have seen a difference :) Since there is only 90 capsules, I would say only take 2 a day to stretch out the last of the bottle. The pills aren't too big and they kind of leave a raspberry flavor in my mouth. I take them with water and I haven't had any problems. I would say try it!

In Addition to the Green Coffee and Garcinia Cambogia, its been about a week, and Ive lost 4 pounds. This is in addition to an adjusted diet and interval training exercise. I am now to the point where I don't really feel hungry and when I do eat it isn't much. Looking forward to buying more to get passed my plateau.
