Solid, immediate blood flow stimulation
Great pump, feels like Niacin (B3), the flushing. Great vasodilating blood flow facilitator, clean as far as we're told, but vitamin companies are no longer required to list all ingredients, not to mention lead & cadmium levels, due no particular reason, this is not grown in the ground, same goes for whey protein. It works though, solid.

Good product to have right before a good pump at the gym.
Has no taste so if you do decide to mix it with a beverage it goes hard to hand. Well worth the cost. It does take it a minute to kick in but when it does the effects are noticeable.

Gives me endurance enough for a great workout.
I can workout longer and get less muscle soreness afterwards. I also like the tingle it puts on my face.

Not sure of its good or bad
So when I drink carnosyn in my preworkout I get that tingling feel but when I take this carnosyn post workout I do not feel the tingling effect at all. The bottle I got has moisture in it and coz of that the powder is wet and has lots of balls in it. Aeoma is nasty
