Mio Hydrate in Strawberry Lemonade is one of those small things that helps me drink more water. The bottle is tiny at 1.62 fl oz, but because it’s concentrated, it lasts longer than it looks. I usually give one quick squeeze into a standard 16–20 oz water bottle, shake it, and that’s enough. The flavor tastes good. It’s sweet, a little tangy, and better than plain water. It doesn’t taste watered down unless you add too much water. You can control the strength easily depending on how strong you like it. It mixes quickly and doesn’t leave weird residue in the bottle. I like that it’s portable. I can toss it in my bag and use it anywhere. It’s especially helpful on days when I’m bored of regular water but don’t want soda. The color is a pretty pink and there's no bottle leakage. I’ve purchased several flavors of MiO Liquid Water Enhancer and have really enjoyed all of them so far. The flavors taste great, and I love that you can control how strong or light you want your drink—just squeeze in as much or as little as you like. For me one medium squeeze works perfect. I tend to drink more water during the summer, but in colder months I struggle to stay hydrated. These water enhancers make a big difference by adding just enough flavor to keep me drinking water consistently. The best part is that there’s no sugar and no calories, so it feels like a healthier alternative to sodas or juice while still being enjoyable. This flavor includes electrolytes and vitamins B 3, 6 & 12. Overall, this is an easy, convenient way to make plain water more appealing. I’ll definitely keep buying different flavors.

By far my favorite flavor. No sugar which is great. Tastes amazing which helps me drink water throughout the day. It snaps closed which is perfect to throw it in a lunchbox or bag woth no leaking.

I love this stuff. It tastes so good in my water, and you don't need much to flavor a 32-ounce bottle. The strawberry lemonade flavor is refreshing on its own, but I especially enjoy mixing it with a blueberry water enhancer for a delicious fruity blend. It's an easy way to drink more water throughout the day and stay hydrated. One bottle lasts a long time since a little goes a long way. I'll definitely keep buying it.

Flavor is ok, I love that there is no sugar, cheaper than the stores in my town, comes out pink so it’s easy to distinguish them apart when I make multiple flavors at once. Easy to mix squeeze and shake the water. No leak and I throw them in my bag so I am loving this product. I still drink propel but I drink more of this and the berry flavors more.

My favorite mio. And the only one that I will ever buy again. My whole family loves it. Makes my kids drink more water, and even myself and my husband! And the low calorie and the no sugar is also an absolute plus.

I'm one of those people who actually likes the taste of water. And yet, I don't drink enough of it. Odd as this may sound, this makes water easier to drink. Finally drinking a gallon a day like you're supposed to.
