How big are the sheets?

Another buyer stated they are 5 1/2 x 7 inches. It is a standard marching band flip folder. You can load both sides; it turns around without having to detach it. I bought ten extra sheets to add in and hold plenty of music without reloading.

Comes with 5 sheets. More can be installed as necessary.

Is the lyre part on your arm metal or plastic?

It is a molded plastic. My son used it for a backup to his bass drum lyre that attached to his drum. He played Bass 6.

Is this for arm or wrist?

It goes right above the wrist on the forearm.
