Fantastic Product ✨🤌Am very satisfied with this one. I got a Arctic Air fan a few years ago and was very unpleasantly Disappointed by It because It didn't do what was promised but this one has Redeemed that very well I much like this new one because It's way better then the other one I got before. I like It because It's strong, long lasting and helps a lot. I much like the updated Ice tank Idea Instead of putting the ice on top It holds Ice water Inside so the chill lasts longer. I also had another one similar that had a water feature but was even worse however this one Is by far the best by Arctic Air and I really love It. Advice to anyone who wants It about this product. To power on You need to press the button twice for It to stay one and twice again to turn off. Disclaimer: The jets do not light up... From a review I saw... The fan part lights up not the jets... Read the Instructions... It dose actually work and If your Is faulty call the company or return to Amazon the fan dose work... If It turns off right away press the fan button twice It will work. It works If you know how to do It right. Mine works just fine. Just press the power button twice really fast that's all you have to do...

The first day of use: We followed the directions exactly, they are very simple, it looked like a wonderful product. I sent this email on July 7th to the email listed in the manual describing the issues. "Hello, We just opened this and started using it. The unit on High with one of the cool jets, works fine. With the power on, both cooling jets light up and the fan immediately turns off. If only one cooling jet is on, it will continue to run on High, If it’s running on High, and we press the icon for cooling jets, to turn the other cooling jet on, both lights are lit, and the fan cuts off immediately. On Medium, and Slow, it will run with both cooling jets and lights on. When turning the fan on High, both cooling jet lights come on, and the fan shuts off immediately. So our question is: Can we have both cooling jets turned on, with the fan on high? We cannot seem to get it to work that way. We did not overfill it. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated" !The response I got on July 8th was, "We are committed to providing the best products and friendliest customer service. I apologize for the inconvenience of not having access to the manual. I have added images of the manual below. I hope that this assists you with the use of your product." I emailed them back, also on July 8th. "Hi, thanks very much for responding. It did come with the manual, I never mentioned that it didn’t, and we have followed the instructions exactly. My problem is not the manual, it’s a specific issue, and I really tried to be detailed. Can you please look at my email that I had sent again, and maybe you could tell me what to do? I hate to return this one and get another and then have the same problem. Then I would have to return two of them and I sure don’t want to do that"! As of this date, July 11th, I have not heard a word back from them. I took it straight to the UPS store and returned it. I cannot recommend this product.

This portable cooler is great for small spaces. I use it in my bedroom and my home office and it really helps to cool those areas off. It has 3 fan speeds that are powerful and 2 mist settings to help cool the area. The led lighting is a nice feature for nighttime. It is compact and doesn't take up much space. It is charged with a USB-C plug. Really great for at least 8 hours of cool time.

This is absolutely amazing! This won't be your average review haha! Menopause is not for the weak, but with this Artic Ice jet X3, it does make it more tolerable! With the way my face feels on fire at night when i lay down, this machine has helped me tolerate it better and cool off MUCH faster than ever before. The ambience that the different light colors create is so soothing as well! I recommend this for small spaces to cool off fast. Also I recommend this to the girl who thinks she will never cool down due to the cruel cruel change of life.....get you one today and cool off in style!

Fan is absolutely beautiful and works well. Light Colors are perfect. But the mister, not so much. The filter pads went bad quick (nasty smelling) and the mister failed on one side. Upon cleaning pads and putting them back in, the mister made a terrible noise. I think the tiny holes themselves are also clogged. I tried looking for new pads online and was unable to locate them to replace and would need a way of cleaning where the water sprays. I did not yet completely take apart. Design is good but needs replacement pads and instructions on proper cleaning of the mister spray. It also came with a usb cord and no adapter. It must be 7.5 watts or higher according to the lady I spoke with on the phone. It worked on laptop. It would be nice to go back to wall corded appliances as this does not have a re-chargeable battery hence no need for a usb cord. Size is good and airflow is good. The cooling ability was good when sitting in front of it. There was no leakage because it was not moved. I would like to see the mister and pads updated on this piece because I did like the durability of the plastic. Was it worth it? Well the fan and light still work so cut the price in half.
