Wheelchair-Accessible Portable Shower Stall (Bariatrics Model) by LiteShower

I could not feel more robbed then how I feel about this purchase. Obviously, if you need a portable shower you are probably dealing with some very difficult thing in your life. In my case, a family member recently paralyzed. The instructions for this expensive but cheaply made shower are hidden in the box with the shower hose. We did not find these until calling to try to get it returned. Our first shower was a disaster with all four shower walls falling to the ground (my fault since we didn't have the instructions telling us to screw the PVC together). We got a good laugh out of that. The shower rings are C rings which very easily fall off of the narrow PVC pipe that forms the stall. The shower curtain came with a tear in it. The pump does not pump the water out of the base when the water is not deep enough to cover the entire hose. Therefore, you are left with a fair amount of water in the base at the end of the process. The seller was rude and not open to allowing a return. Accused me of having "buyer's remorse." Actually, I just wanted a shower worth $729 that worked as described. The manufacturer called me and spent a lot of time trying to convince me of the incredible quality of this shower. I could probably make this myself for $200. He also told me that I could purchase closed shower rings at the Dollar Store and that the torn shower curtain was HOTEL QUALITY. The pilot holes in the PVC so that the shower walls can be screwed together were nearly non-existent and I drilled 1/2 of them myself. One of the corner connections broke when I was screwing the walls together but I guess that is what duct tape is for. A reputable seller or manufacturer would have taken the shower back.
