Game changer!!!! So I regally purchased this to make margarita mix which works out ok. I had so much leftover I fever to just try adding a tiny bit to water. It’s strong so you don’t need much. Oh my gosh!!!! It makes the water taste amazing no sugar even needed. So then I ventured into using it in a homemade salad dressing. Boom! Awesome!!!! Jus got lucky discovering this amazing product, telling all my friends as well!

Baking/Cooking: 5/5 Drinks: 4/5 I use the lime powder mostly to flavor drinks, and this requires 2x the amount to get the same oomph as some other brands that also add lime oil to their lime powder. It does dissolve well and doesn't clump or get gritty, which is something I can't say about their competition. This holds up better in heated applications, such as baking, grilling and sauces though, so I'll probably re-order when I run out.

I Love my Lime Powder!!! I don’t always have fresh limes when I need them. And when I get them, I usually use a couple and end up throwing the rest away, and it kills me to waste like that. Also, I rarely have access to organic limes. Well, I no longer need to worry about that. I have shelf-stable high qualityorganic lime to last me for quite a LONG time now! No more wasting money either! It tastes great, without zest flavor overpowering it, so I can make delicious limeade anytime! It’s also made it much easier to help me during enough water with electrolytes balanced, so I made a premix shaker jar of this lime powder, Real Salt & ground cayenne pepper powder for easily having it ready to shake into my water. Also great for margaritas! Yum! It is a fine powder and it dissolves easily. I’ve also used it for cooking. Delicious!

If you're looking for Mandarin Orange, this isn't bad (though I've only used a tsp); BUT, if you're looking for LIME, This is NOT it. It just doesn't taste anything like lime. So, if you're OK with any citris, this might do; but for lime flavor, pay more for the True Lime brand. NOTE: Food items can NOT be Returned, so stay away from this product if you desire Lime flavor.

I got this powder/crystals to add to plain water. My acupuncturist says I need to drink more water. I drink all through the day - but mostly teas. He said I need more plain water which bores me. He said to add fruit. I am not cutting up fruit at work… So I decided to get this instead. I LOVE that it is organic - that is the entire reason I ordered it. It also dissolves well in cold water. I just keep a little plastic scoop and add it to my water jug. You can go as heavy or as light with the flavor. LOVE that. For me a little goes a very long way. I just need a hint and viola - it is no longer “plain” water. I have not baked with this but I am sure it would work great. Also would be great in cocktails or when added to hot brewed items. For my purpose at the office, it lasts forever! I even share with coworkers and staff. A little dab will do ya.
