Perfect for when you need a lime and don't have one. Very fresh flavor. Perfect for drinks, guacamole, desserts, anything that needs lime juice. Very good. One rounded teaspoon equals a half lime. I am grateful for freeze-dried stuff.

I was very pleased with it. I’ve ordered another powder from this company and was disappointed, but the lime is great! Definitely better than using citric acid. I’ve used it in tea, sauces and guacamole. It has a nice hint of lime without any bitterness.

I bought this to make limeade and it is perfect. It is fine enough that it dissolves quickly and easily, it tastes just like lime, I did have to add a little bit of real lime juice to add the aroma and the pulp but it is a great alternative and saves money. I love that it's organic and can't beat the price!

This Freeze Dried Lime Powder was the exact thing I needed to make homemade Tajin. I don't like how citric acid and other unnecessary ingredients are put in there, so I was able to make my own that tastes just as good with this stuff! It tastes good and worked perfectly.

If you're looking for Mandarin Orange, this isn't bad (though I've only used a tsp); BUT, if you're looking for LIME, This is NOT it. It just doesn't taste anything like lime. So, if you're OK with any citris, this might do; but for lime flavor, pay more for the True Lime brand. NOTE: Food items can NOT be Returned, so stay away from this product if you desire Lime flavor.
