Humble Aluminum-Free Deodorant, Palo Santo & Frankincense - 1 Pack

First of all, I should say that even though the smell is phenomenal, it does not last. However, the deodorizing effects last through an entire day and beyond. A number of people in my house would comment to me how I smelled after a hard day at work, and then one day after wearing this, they told me they were surprised I no longer smelled bad. I didn't smell like the fragrance of the deodorant because it had long since disappeared, but I absolutely did not smell bad(which is the entire point of a deodorant anyway).This bar, if applied well and rubbed thoroughly(I do almost like a chicken dance to make sure it's as rubbed in as well as it can be), will NOT stain your clothes. I can say this now because I have been using this deodorant for a year now almost every day with a regular rotation of clothes(I wear mostly the same clothes each week, and there is no staining on any of it).Comments saying it stains just aren't applying it right, maybe they're putting too much on or putting it on in a rush without taking the extra 15 seconds to make sure it's well rubbed in.As for the quality, it seems to be a generic container that they buy in bulk. That's completely fine, it works perfectly. The ingredients are what matter, and they are better than any deodorant you will find at pretty much any store. I can pretty much promise that. Stay away from "fragrance" unless it is specified to be natural, and even then "natural ingredients" is not a great label either. Both of these are more than likely harmful and just a trojan horse for things you don't want anywhere near you. If I recall correctly, this deodorant has natural fragrance listed, but it does also specify that this fragrance comes from real sources.Overall, this is the bar you need if you want a deodorant that works and is better for you. It excels in deodorizing, as I smell bad on other mainstream bars after a few hours, but not on this one. It excels in fragrance, though is understandably subpar in the longevity of said fragrance(lasts up to four hours, but no more). Lastly, this looks like a very small company that actually cares about their product and impact. That alone makes it better than anything you'll find at a supermarket, and is worth serious consideration.I will continue to use this bar, and if anything unexpected happens(won't) I'll update this review.

I have tried a huge range of natural deodorants over the past 8 years and Humble is with out a doubt my favorite brand. The scents are so beautiful, they last 24 hours for me, it doesn’t irritate my underarms & the ingredients make me feel confident allowing my children to use it too. I switched to Humble years ago and I’ve never thought twice about it. Plus, roses are my favorite flower and scent!

I wore this deodorant on a 12-hour hike covering 11+ miles and roughly 6,500 feet of ascent, and I was genuinely impressed with how well it performed. Even after hours of climbing, sweating, and changing layers, I never noticed any underarm odor.I reapplied it maybe twice throughout the day, mostly when I changed shirts or added and removed layers rather than because I felt like I actually needed more deodorant. The rosemary scent was really pleasant and never overwhelming. Every once in a while, I’d catch a hint of it as I moved, and I actually enjoyed that—it almost felt like a little bit of aromatherapy during the hike.My only complaint is the texture when applying it. It goes on a little more “paste-y” and leaves a thicker layer than most deodorants I’ve used. You could probably avoid that by keeping the applicator rolled down fairly low and applying a thinner amount. That said, the thickness didn’t bother me once it was on, and I couldn’t feel it between my arms at all while hiking.Overall, I was really impressed with the odor control, especially after putting it through a pretty intense 12-hour hiking day. The rosemary scent was an added bonus, and despite the slightly thicker texture, I’d definitely use it again.

I’ve tried nearly every “clean” deodorant brand and hated every one. I settled with Native because it was the lesser of the evils, but even their deodorant was mostly ineffective and the scents made me feel ill. So I gave this a try and I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is still hunting for a more natural option that actually works.The formula is very impressive. It’s not dry but also not slimy. One swipe held up amazingly during my everyday activities, and even while working out and running. It did leave a some marks on my darker shirts, but nothing too horrible. The scent is very pleasant. It’s not overpowering and it doesn’t make my sweat smell worse, like all the other natural deodorants do. However, on the topic of scent, I took away a star because their advertising is not completely honest. You might be led into thinking as I was, that the fragrance was obtained 100% from essential oils. Not entirely the case. They brag that they use no artificial fragrance, yet from the ingredients list it appears that the lovely frankincense smell is achieved mainly by unnamed “fragrance” (like all the other companies). But, there are some fragrance ingredients that ARE from essential oils in here, which is great and I’m impressed! I’m seriously nitpicking, but I wish companies were just upfront about the contents. Besides that, the ingredients are impressively clean! And of course, no aluminum is great.Overall, I would highly recommend this product! I will be ordering more again in the future, despite the not entirely pure scents 🥴

It's always been hard to find an all natural deodorant that actually works. I cannot use any products that contain baking soda because I'm allergic to it. For years I was buying jasmine tea deodorant from Schmidt's, absolutely loved it. Baking soda free, all natural. However they discontinued that particular one. In fact it's become hard to find any sensitive skin deodorants on their website anymore. So shopping around on Amazon, I ran across this lavender humble deodorant. Sensitive, no baking soda. So I figured I would give it a shot. First of all the price was much lower than all the other natural deodorants other companies are asking for. The scent smells great, I had no skin irritation and it worked all day, absolutely no body odor whatsoever. I live in Miami, it is July, very hot and humid. I work out in the gym and I work in my yard daily, and I also cycle on my bike. Needless to say I sweat a lot, I had no issues with odor. I am 100% sold and happy that I stumbled across this product. Update, August 1st 2025, as of a couple weeks ago I started getting irritation. I don't know if it's the lavender or something else that's causing it, I purposely got the sensitive skin / no baking soda and yet it still causing irritation. I really wish I could just find a deodorant that works that does not give me any type of irritation. Unfortunately Schmidt's sensitive skin jasmine tea deodorant has been discontinued, wouldn't you know it. Oh well, just my experience. Update, I ordered the Bergamot and Ginger, the mountain lavender give me a horrible rash, I'm thinking it's the lavender. But the new one I got is great, for sensitive skin, I apply it after my shower in the evening and I reapply it in the morning when I get up. It has not agitated my skin whatsoever and it really works. Remember everyone is different. I spent 3 hours out in the yard working, was sweating like no tomorrow here in the hot Miami Sun. And after all that, I still did not smell whatsoever. Thank God, finally! The scent smells like the yellow starburst, but it's not overpowering.

THIS deodorant actually works! So far no breakouts and no funky BO! I've pushed it with my workouts and my everyday activities and it has held up! It smells like it did when i put it on and not a mix of fragrance and funk like past deodorants. It only takes 2-3 swips and you're good to go! The frankincense is a good scent to start :)I've tried a few natural deodorants in the past but it did nothing for the BO. Ive tried every brand that's offered on the shelves and nothing has been able to hold back the BO (i sweat like a grown man). Women's deodorant has never worked for the BO and clinical strength deodorant is just a joke. Chemical deodorants have always broke me out in a rash and some brands of men's deodorant holds back the BO but it always breaks me out in a rash, even the sensitive skin ones.

Purchased the Moroccan Rose scent, and personally, I'm not a fan. If you like a stronger herbal scent, this is the one for you. I expected something fresher and more subtle from this product. It smells like roses alongside something else that kind of overpowers the intended rose smell. It's strong, akin to eucalyptus or other plant typically used in essential oils. Not very flowery. To its great credit though it lasts very well especially for an aluminum-free deodorant. Definitely recommend for your longest days, if you can get past the medicinal smell.

This deodorant lasts about 7 hours on the dot before I start stinking a little 🤣 I’ve since switched to their options with baking soda and that has been holding me for 24 hours!! If you can’t use baking soda in your deodorant, then this is a great options. You will just need to wipe and re-apply deodorant mid day. If you can switch, I highly recommend their black spruce one. Works very well, no stains, no aluminum. The packaging is nice and one stick lasts for about a month. Easy to pack, use, and looks great. It is versatile

Deodorante meraviglioso, ha un profumo travolgente che rimane addosso per giorni. Da quando lo uso non so più cosa significa puzzare di sudore.

Habe ich im Urlaub in Norwegen kennengelernt und war total froh, dass man es zumindest über Amazon beziehen kann. Riecht irre gut, aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Vertrage ich sehr gut (reagiere oft mit Ausschlag auf Deos). leider Teuer, aber es lohnt sich :-)
