These creatine gummies give a good energy boost without a crash. They also taste really good and have a good texture. Simple and small ingredients list, no extra nutrients like B-12, which is great because I’m sensitive to B-12. Easy way to get a little extra creatine into your diet.

It’s hard for me to judge if these actually work or not but I can tell you my son really liked the flavor and did not feel any difference between taking this and powder creatine. This is a good option if you are someone who struggles taking the powder.

If this truly has 5g of creatine per serving, it’s a great product. HOWEVER, based on frequent creatine gummy scams and anecdotal experience with this product, I doubt it has anywhere near that amount, though I’d love to be proven wrong.

Not very good and product causes upset stomach and nausea. Also no refunds ! Be aware don’t waste your money. I would have given a a negative stars or no stars but would not allow. Also texture is weird not like other gummy supplements

I love these gummies. I recently switched from creatine powder to gummies as I prefer that method of delivery and have been making my way through many flavors and brands. These gummies hold their shape extremely well. They have a great texture, very similar to a gummy bear with a little bit more "al dente-ness" to them. I have had other gummies that were very soft and they eventually ended up as a gummy blob and these don't stick together at all. The lemon flavor is great, not too sweet and very refreshing. They are easy to chew and you only need to take 2 to get 5000mg of creatine. This brand has several different flavors that I am excited to try. I also feel that these are a great value as you get two bottles which equates to a 3 month supply. Some of the good powders go for a little less but I appreciate the convenience of being able to just pop 2 in my mouth rather than mixing a powder. I would recommend these gummies.

These are not my favorite tasting creatine gummies, but they aren't the worst either. They don't actually have the consistency that I like. It's pretty weird the texture and not like your typical gummy bear. The flavor isn't so bad, tho. It's too soon to tell if they're working, but I haven't had any adverse reactions. Removed a star for texture.

First off, don't take this or any supplements without consulting with your doctor. I am not your doctor. I take a nice full handful of pills every morning, and I took some time to get used to these for a week or two before I gave a full rating. I wanted to compare to what I already take and see if there are any interactions. I don't notice direct results, but it's supposed to adjunct my current load, and I'm not taking any other creatine supplements as this time. The flavor is clean and neutral, I don't mind taking these in the morning. I haven't had them sit out for a while, so hopefully they won't stick together, but they are a matte finish, not glossy, so less likely to do so. You get a TON with the order, so you'll have enough to test out the product yourself.
