These look like skinny jeans—without feeling like them. And the best part? Our 510™ Skinny has an ultra-streamlined fit designed to highlight your shoes. We're talking combat boots, sneakers, hi-tops—you name it. Review: *Great* Fit! *Hugs* In All The Right Places! - I have a bunch of LEVI'S 510 SUPER-SKINNY jeans in various colors and washes, and I must say that I really love them! I first started wearing the LEVI'S 511s (Skinny), which I also love, but I decided to try the 510s when they first came out. I must've been a little out of shape back then and I got them in the "rigid" wash-material, which is really stiff, and I didn't like they way they felt. For some reason, I didn't like the way the jeans fit around my calf muscles. Anyway, I think it was the wash that made them so uncomfortable. So, I decided to buy a pair that had more stretch to them and I was in Heaven. Those weren't hard and stiff and the material felt like a second skin. Since then I've been buying up 510s whenever I see a cool color that I want. I also got into shape by losing a few pounds and can now get into a 34. The 510s fit normally on the waist, so they aren't low-rise like the 511s, and the crotch isn't sagging or too low, so the jeans hug your butt and groin area just right. They also fit nicely on your legs, which is good if you're like me and have muscular thighs because the pant legs will stretch and hug them and show them off quite nicely, fitting slim all the way to the ankle. They look great with a pair of high-tops or Chuck Taylor's or boots. The "Clean-Worn" color is like a sky blue with bleached out marks on the upper thighs and some small worn-out, frayed holes in the knee and thigh and it has a soft, favorite pair of jeans feel. I would also suggest getting the 510s in "Playa" and "Titanic," those are really soft feeling as well -- and provide ample stretch -- so it almost feels like you're not wearing anything at all. Also note that on the newer 510s the pockets are deeper than the first issued ones. For some reason, the pockets on 510s were about half the length size of a normal jean pocket so that made it harder to carry stuff around in your pockets because things would fall out. Maybe Levi's thought that with jeans this tight you couldn't put anything in your pockets anyway? Who knows, but I noticed on the newer issued 510s that the pockets are deeper. As far as who can wear super skinny jeans and still look good, I think that as long as your body is proportioned you can get away with 510s in whatever size you have to get them in, and it doesn't matter if you're short or tall. I have a friend who can wear a 31 waist but his body is not proportioned, his top half is flat and rectangular and his legs and butt are non-existent (think Sponge Bob Square-Pants) because he's really skinny, and he tried on a pair of 511s and they looked HORRID on him, so I can't imagine what the 510s would look like, even though he can fit into a smaller size than me. So just because you happen to be really skinny, doesn't mean that the skinny fit will look right on you. Likewise, if you're muscular, don't think that you can't get away with the 510s because you don't have a 30 waist. The jeans have some stretch fabric in them so they should fit fine. I hope Levi's will continue with the 510s and come out with more colors. Review: These are legitimate Levi's, I work in a department store with them every day. - My fiancé needed new jeans, he always wears Levi 510's. I usually buy through my employer (typical anchor department store), but I decided to try desertcart, as the price advertised was much lower than ANY store, be it a brick and mortar establishment, or online. I also decided to try a pair for myself. First, I will say that these ARE legitimate Levi's, I work with Levi's every day and would consider myself to be well versed in their fits, materials, and feels. These are 100% authentic despite several reviews. I'm assuming the suspicion from some reviewers has to do with the fact that Levi's is adding "stretch" material to most of their jeans, resulting in a discrepancy in overall feel for longtime wearers. This "stretch" material is elastane, 1% of the total fabric makeup, to be exact. This makes for a more stretchy jean, my fear, however, is that these jeans will begin to do what other jeans containing elastane do, what I call "The Wave", particularly in the crotch area where the most movement happens (pun intended). This, of course, remains to be seen. Secondly, the jeans I usually wear in my particular waist size tend to be a little bit larger than my actual waist (upper hip area, where the rise of those jeans, and the Levi's is), these Levi's are EXACTLY the size of my waist. They are, however, rather forgiving, and not overly constrictive. My fiancé tells me this is the case with all of his Levi's as well. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase, however, I wish Levi's did offer a "super skinny" option for those of us with "bird legs", and I hope they offer (possibly directly from Levi's?) a 100% cotton variation of these jeans. Buy them, you'll be pleased.

The best pair of denim!
My husband had this recommendation from a friend after seeing him one day. He was wearing a pair and my huband commented on them. My husband wanted to try them out so he ordered a pair. The 1st pair were too snug then ordered the next size up and they are the perfect fit for him. He's a difficult build to size for a pant as he is 5'5 and 185lbs with a size 29 and an inseam of about 29. However he's a gym buff so he's very large on top and has large legs and calves. These jeans were meant for him! They are fitted they way he likes but have a stretch to them which make them perfect! He used to buy the majority of his pants from Express (not made for men of his build) and it was difficult and always a hit and miss but now he says this Levi 510 are his new brand. Thank you!

Great skinny jeans.
I ordered the "Nevermind" color of denim jean, size 33x32. I'd like to start off with this, as there seems to be confusion on the fit of the 510 pants. Currently, this 510 jean is the fit of the 511 jeans of 2012 and before. Skinny. Just skinny. That's what 511 used to be. Levi's changed the fit of 511's from skinny to just SLIM within the last year or so. They also changed 510's from -super skinny- to just SKINNY, and totally eliminated the super skinny fit. I bought these knowing that I'd be getting skinny fit. Others thought they'd be getting super skinny's. Sometimes it really does urk people when you change the numbers of things. i have no idea why the company decided it would be a good idea, maybe skinny is going out of style? v--REVIEW--v Now, the review of the 2014 510 skinny jeans. The Nevermind color is basically just another name for dark wash denim, that darkish navy jean that we all know, as pictured too. Upon arrival, I noticed that the jeans seemed to not have as skinny of a leg as I was expected and actually thought about returning them. But I went ahead and washed/dryed them to see if they'd shrink, and they did. They fit just like my other pair of 510's, but those are black, and the waist size is 34 (I wear a belt with those). These are pretty awesome jeans, was skeptical at first but now I realize they're pretty great. THE go-to jean. Looks good with mostly everything. Would have ordered 32 waist but I've tried those, they're too small. These ones are slightly loose, but not bad. Couldn't find a better price anywhere else but Amazon. Happy man right here. Info: 99% cotton/1% elastane (not spandex) Made in Egypt.

Great Levi's jeans
I had been wanting skinny jeans for the longest time. Levi's is of course pretty much the classic go-to brand for quality jeans at relatively affordable prices. At the time I ordered them, Levi's sold two kinds of jeans that it advertised as skinny, the 511s, which they called "Skinny", and the 510s, which they called "Super Skinny". The truth however is that the 511s were and are not true skinny jeans, the 510s are the only true Levi's skinny jean. (Levi's has since corrected it's advertising, and now calls the 511s "Slim" and the 510s "Skinny"). But I'm glad I went with the 510s back when they were still using confusing advertising names. I do own a pair of 511s too, they look kinda like skinny jeans, but they're not actually skinny jeans, they're basically skinny jean-lookalikes for people who can't fit into real skinny jeans. The 510s, however, are the real deal. The 510s are the true Levi's skinny jeans, I ordered them in the size that all my other jeans were, and they fit me quite well. I got them in jet black, they look pretty awesome, definitely do not regret this purchase. At the time my waist was slightly wider than it is now, so I ordered them in size 30. Since then I've shrunk a few sizes (I actually buy my Levi's now in the junior section where I can get a 28-inch waist), but fortunately for me the Levi's shrunk with me so I still wear my size 30 510s even as I also wear Levi's boys jeans size 16 and American Eagle jeans in a size 26. However what might have been a fortuitous circumstance for me might pose a problem for other people, so be forewarned: like all Levi's, the 510s do shrink when you wash and dry them. Unless you anticipate getting skinnier like I did, perhaps buy one size up from what you would normally wear. Other than that though, I definitely recommend having a pair of Levi's 510s in your closet!

The right jeans.
This is finally the Levi jeans I wanted!. I tried two pair, cheaper, but had o send them back, they felt cheap and did not feel like jeans I want. The fabric did not feel (fabric). I highly recommend these jeans.

Great Look, but Not for Everyone
These jeans deliver on the “skinny” promise snug from hip to ankle. They’re stylish and pair well with sneakers or boots, but they can feel restrictive if you’re not used to a very tight fit. I also found the sizing inconsistent across different washes, which can be frustrating. For a night out or a trendy look, they work great, but for all-day wear I prefer the 511s.

Felt way to small/tight compared to other 510s I've worn
Bought and returned. I'm normally a 32x32 in the 510 skinny but the these felt way too snug. I think it's because the fabric is stiffer.

Defective and cut wrong.
Jeans are defective. Seem on right leg starts on hip and ends almost centre of my foot. Right pant leg always feels like it’s twisted. I own several pairs of Levi’s 510 skinny jeans and none are cut/fit like this. I should have returned these jeans before it was too late. I tried to deal with it but they’re so uncomfortable I cannot continue to wear them. Buyers beware!
