RECOMMENDATION: We rate this conduit a ‘BUY’. Installs easily, looks good when mounted on medium-stain wood, and can handle multiple cables at one time. THE GOOD: 1. Looks good and does not stand out when mounted to medium-stain wood. This is what we purchased it for and works well in that capacity. See video. 2. Includes connectors that pretty much cover all possible situations. Just be aware that you do have to custom cut these using something like a box knife, so you may not feel comfortable doing that. And be sure to take all precautions when doing that. Using a ‘cutting glove’ is recommended – these are readily available on Amazon by searching otn he above term. 3. Easy to install. An adhesive foam backing is pre-installed on all conduits, and the top of the conduit comes completely off to install cables. And, it is easy to re-attach the top when you have the cable in the conduit. 4. Can handle multiple cables at one time. This will depend upon the thickness of the cable of course, but I have been getting about 3 CAT5-type cables into a single conduit. THE BAD: 1. The adhesive on the foam backing is not the strongest, so you may need to augment this with some double-sided tape. 2. The connectors clip on, but can be pretty loose in various situations, so you may want to apply some double-sided tape in this situation as well.

Works great! I was able to hide all of my video camera wiring very easily. It adheres to anything, it snaps closed, and has easy to create corner connectors. This is wood grained and therefore it doesn't show. Very good and very easy

It was easy to put up. I put it on a wood beam and the adhesive was a little more inconsistent, easy to pull off sometimes, other times very difficult. I used a few small screws on inside to hold it up. Blends in well with the wood beam, although it looks more brown colored than wood like. I would use it again, much better than wires hanging all over.

I was installing 3 POE cameras on the outside of my house and the only way to get CAT5 from the wiring closet to the front and back of the house was via the garage. I ran the cables from the closet up through the attic and down into the garage ceiling where a placed a Legrand surface mount box. I then ran the 3 cables through the cable raceway to the side wall where I split the runs - 1 to the front and 2 to the back. In both cases I ran the cables through more raceway until I reached the egress points where I terminated the cables with RJ45's and plugged them into wall plates with keystones. Installing the cable raceway was easy and for added security, especially the ceiling run, I predrilled 3/16" holes every 18" and used #6 drywall screws to secure it to the joist. The center line inscribed along the bottom of the U channel made centering the holes easy! Rather then use the universal covers I just staggered the top cover by 2" away from the U channel joints - adds rigidity and looks good. I also didn't bother using the covers for corners and just allowed the cables to be exposed at each turn - see attached pics.

I was able to work around the bent parts some, but sucks they were bent real bad.

This kit is ideal to cover a tv cable cord. There was one ugly tan continuous one running from outside through an exterior closet and into my bedroom, and along a wall. After replacing flooring and baseboards, it was very noticeable. I didn't want to chance splicing the cable at the wall outlet to attach a new one inside, and didn't want to pay the cable company $150 to do it, so I took a chance that this kit might solve my unsiqhtly dilemma. It arrived today and I am impressed that it took only five minutes to peel and stick the four back pieces to the wall, insert the cable, and slide the covers over. They lined up so well that I decided not to go to the trouble of using a box cutter to adapt three of the generic joiner pieces for use as couplers. Unless you are on the floor right next to it, the seams are not visible. I adhered the covers to a textured wall directly above the top of the baseboard, which aligned them up perfectly. Be sure of your placement because once they are adhered, they aren't going to move without a lot of effort. Very happy I gave this a try. I am ordering another kit to do a wall in another room.

These hide my cables very well. Matched my wood walls so cables stay well hidden. Easy to trim to size and install.

This was very easy to install. The adhesive tape stuck to the baseboard trim very well. Product looks great! We are very happy with it.

Self adhesive tape is already on the concealer, you just have to peel and install. Sticks well to wood, haven’t tried wall/paint yet. The small hinges do require a saw if you need them though. All-in-all, good value for money and time, will buy again.
